Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and spacious lobby area. Dog friendly for pickup orders. Free puppacinos upon request (for four legged patrons only 😉)

Not my favorite go to starbs but the drive thru employees are great and for the most part the drinks are made consistently.

It is unreasonably hard to find Starbucks that actually have Impossible sausage these days. Blue Bell almost always does, and they make it right (I get it without eggs bc I hate eggs!). I often use the drive-through, and John is so nice and professional. I work at a drive-through, and people who don't really don't know how stressful and fast-paced it is when it's busy. John, and any other employees I've interacted with, always stays calm and kind, and moves the line along as quickly as possible. Also, I get a rather annoying drink (iced oat milk hazelnut matcha with light ice), and this Starbucks NEVER screws it up, unlike many others. Whether mobile or ordering at the menu, it's always correct here. If I lived closer, I'd be here every day. These employees deserve props, they keep their cool at a VERY busy location.

I've only been to this Starbucks a handful of times, and the only complaint I have is that one time they didn't add sugar to my tea when I asked for it. Even then, they fixed the problem right away. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, there's always a smile to be found from them.

Staff is always very hospitable and observant to guest needs. They remember their regulars and the person working the register today, Devin, was particularly chatty with guests while she took their order. It was a great start to my morning!

This Starbucks has amazing customer service ladies at the drive through! They are super friendly and positive people and I love going to this Starbucks because of that. My drink is always made correctly and the breakfast food is warm and yummy.

The Norristown location is a good crew. They are efficient and friendly. They recognized me and had the order ready for pickup. Kudos are needed for them.

Loved my experience at this location. The barista taking my order was very sweet and offered me a compliment on my appearance (who doesn't like a good compliment). When I placed the order, it was prompt and perfect.

Very pleasant store to sit in and very nice barristas. I accidentally left an important item at the store - they kept it for me and returned it to me when I went to pick it up a few days later. Wow.

I Hit this Starbucks while I'm out thus way visiting a friend. Friendly service and nice corner location with good outdoor seating space with shade. Plenty of parking as well.

Went through the drivethu the other day with my dog. As I was paying the cashier noticed my dog in the car and gave me a pupachino for him. It definitely made his day and mine. It’s the small things that matter.

Always good service and upbeat staff. My pup loves their pup cups.

Just go in, don't wait at the drive through. There is no-one inside and the girls are going insane trying to get the drive through orders. JUST WALK INSIDE AND ORDER

Normally, I would not write a review about a starbucks but I was so blown away by the staff and the facility that I had to put a good word out there.

There are plenty of employees which had always been a problem for most groups dealing with recruitment for their franchise or otherwise. Increasing to 6 blasts is worth it with also chainnstrateagem
