Excellent customer service. I had an issue that took some special care and the staff graciously accommodated me. I plan to go back tomorrow to have a second issue repaired. Love the friendliness of office person and the mechanic is also very helpful explaining anything he needed to do that I wasn't aware of.

Don't buy a car from this place it was a lemon from the start they took my money and done me wrong and would not help me and fix it

2 tires not installed correctly
All 4 were wrong size I was blamed for it
Not balanced
Not compatible with vehicle
Owner refused to fix the problem
Told to f off
Only saving grace to the location is the employees were polite.

Went to tire store in dothan al
Everything is fixed and correct now
Michelin took the tires back even after the owner said there is nothing he could do
Tires came with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee

STAY AWAY. These people are scammers. They are they only place nearby, so they try to take advantage of car owners.
I brought my car here and never got it back. They just kept charging for more and more work and made up problems that were not wrong with the car before.
Stick with the dealership that guarantees their work!
