I arrived to 11:30pm they unload me very fast and load again to going to another facility in Houston. 12:30 I was start rolling, 5 guys unloading and loading very fast

Loading was quick
Everyone was friendly and Helpful
OTR Drivers make sure you enter from the POST OFFICE Drive Entrance, to enter the facility

Go around the building for delivery truck 3rd party open space fast unloading

Package was running through USPS smoothly until it got here. Stuck at this facility for days with no movement so I had to open a case. I probably won’t get my package for Christmas. Smh because this facility is only two hours away from my home. I could’ve easily just picked it up.

One of my son's Christmas gifts has been to this location 3seperate times but hasn't been delivered and I live in San Antonio but they keep sending it to Dallas & Austin this point this package has been around the world and ayyy.. I've been waiting for my order since December 9th there Is literally nobody to speak with can I just come pick the damn package up? Smh another package stuck there til the 26th to put the icing on the cake I had a package that was actually delivered 2 days early that came yesterday by another carrier but they say it on the edge of the porch step in plain sight by a walkway that my camera doesn't pick up on and porch pirates got ahold of it so that's another gift my kid won't get because it was in plain sight instead of putting it at the front door. I'll be glad when the holidays are over with. I could use a good stiff drink right now. Times are already hard and money is short and to have these issues on top of that just takes the joy out of it.

I've had a Christmas package sitting here for 3 days, with a tracking that says delivery on 12/21/23 by 9 P.M. It's now the 24th. Someone's not getting a Christmas present. I could've walked over there and gotten it quicker.

Arrived at 4pm for my 4:30pm appointment didn’t get unloaded till 10:30

USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE (For whom?) A DIFFERENT name for the same INEPT SERVICE ... Gee, I wonder when the NEXT rate increase will be??? My package, "Marinated" at this facility for 5-DAYS ...

My package has been sitting there for 7 days all I get is the run around worst part is u can't talk to no one for help

Worse PS I have ever seen in USPS who is working on loading dock
Avoid this place
