Pillar pharmacy is a great place to get your RX’s filled without waiting in a long line at one of the big box stores. The whole staff is very nice and are willing to help with any problems that you may have. I highly recommend them to everyone!

This pharmacy is the best! Everyone is so eager to help you and they get the prescriptions ready when they say they will be ready. They’re always pleasant, polite and smiling. If they don’t have what you want/need they will let you know ASAP & will tell you if they can get it & when it will be in. The staff is the greatest!! It’s our family pharmacy.

I've been coming here since moving from NJ in August of 2023. Its clean, spacious and they're always pleasant. They're good wirh reminding you about refills and try to accommodate in a timely manner. The icing on the cake is that they deliver! I love this pharmacy and would recommend!

After years with a national chain, Pillar was recommended to me by a very well-known entity and the difference is profound. I personally recommend to anybody...what do you have to lose? My guess would be many will be pleasantly surprised and rethink their own prescription provider.

I started using Pillar Drugs when we moved to the area and have never looked back. It isn’t commercialized and everytime I stop in I am greeted with a smile and everyone has always been so helpful and I don’t have to deal with the rudeness I have received from other pharmacies. my local pharmacy! closest to my house and also the best one in the area. best customer service, if there’s ever any issues with a prescription they call to let you know and will communicate as best they can in layman’s terms what exactly is going on with all of it. will also call insurance companies to sort out issues on scripts and drs offices as well. can’t ask for a better pharmacy

Pillar Drugs in Guyton is much faster and more polite than CVS and Walgreens. I never thought of trying them but I got tired of driving to Rincon and they wouldn't have it ready or didn't charge me right. Pillar Drugs has the same meds as the others and better!

Pillar Drug is one of the best pharmacies in Effingham County. They have the friendliest staff & are always willing to go over & beyond for their customers. You can’t go wrong choosing them for all your pharmacy needs.
