McDonald's

I wasn’t able to catch the man’s name working tonight at 9pm but he was obviously in a rush and was still respectful, polite, and kind. He did get me my food quickly as it seemed he was the only one working. Cooking and working the window. He did awesome even with dealing with a difficult customer right in front of me. Thank you sir and give that man the appreciation he deserves.

Fast service with very friendly staff. Have always enjoyed going here!

I love the workers (especially Allysa, Hailey, Albert, and Jason) and their new remodel is kinda silly but I like it

Have to say their service and quality has stepped up.

I went to the Sheboygan Falls one and the service was horrible. The food I ordered was all messed up. I had a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with only ketchup and got mustard and ketchup. I wanted a 2 cheeseburger meal with ketchup only and got onions and pickles and mustard and ketchup on it. The fries were cold and very soggy. I ordered 2- 10pc mcnuggets only and with BBQ sauce and didn't receive any BBQ sauce. I have asked several times if I could get a frappe and they always say that it is broken. The employees that are young kids just stood there talking and goofing around instead of doing something. I am very disappointed in this McDonald's. I now choose to go to a different one and go to falls to visit a friend instead of going to the falls one.

Best and fastest service we ever got at a McDonald’s

They cant get orders right when you go through the drive through they cant here you and it is very frustrating when you say something and they have you repeat it more then once after you say it the first time and then they still get it rong get new speakers and headphones so they can here they people in the driveway much easier it is getting annoying for the customers

Staff is always friendly here. Food always tastes good. The drive through line moves fairly quickly, even or if appears to be long. The one thing I wish they had more of is curb pickup Peking spots, often times the one they do have has someone parked who is eating inside.

Efficient service, excellent food! I'm an author and I spend hours at this place, just writing. I am never bothered about it, since I am a paying customer, and I have gotten to know some of the staff. Shameless self promotion; my novella, "The Men" is out on Amazon. Check it out! 😁

Tabitha, one of the managers at this McDonald's, IS AMAZING!!!! She was so nice and helpful and is GREAT with customers. She is literally the best employee I have ever met at any McDonalds in my entire life. Thank you Tabitha for being an awesome person!

Great quick breakfast! Also a long with other things on the menu. I love McDonald's! I remember going there as a child. It's something that is there for you a life time. How special is that. Awesome! 👍❤

Typical McDonalds food. They want you to use your App or kiosk. But I was waited on fairly fast

Have always had fast service, and my order has never been wrong or missing items.

I got the cheesy bacon fries did not CDC are for them, but my taste palate is picky. You may love them. I had excellant fast service as well.

Store recently made small update and self ordering kiosks, management is working towards improving night shifts. Over service is great and glad to see nights making some improvement.

Quick order, correct food on tray, the staff were considerably nice and acknowledge what I wanted. They do have their off days, but they are great and hard working people.

Drive through quick this morning, haven't Been to a McDonald's in years! Good ol greasy hash brown. Mmmm

Coffee was excellent. The lady who took our order was short and not customer friendly.

This is the best McDonalds I've been to....the employees at lunch are so nice I cant believe it. Food was fresh and EXCELLENT service. Kudos to shiela for being so nice and smiley.
