The employees in this location are really really nice and they know their products. They are very informative about everything in there and I love the way they cross sale. They aren't pushy but leave the customer with option that they almost can't refuse😊 They really use their selling skills!

The store looked great, clean, and bright. I enjoyed my purchases majority 60%, and I enjoyed spending my money 😆

I enjoy visiting this location to purchase my smell goods. There are a few divas working here and they make my shopping experience here MORE than welcoming. They are very informative on the products in this store, always open to offering me to try different fragrances and I have NEVER left out of this store without being told, thank you for shopping here today please come back to visit us. I will gladly spend my $100 dollars on each of my shopping trips here. Thank you divas for always welcoming me here. Definitely feel welcomed as a customer.

This is a great location to shop. Their associates are super helpful and nice. Associate Sidney Bowman made me feel at home while I was doing last minute mother's day shopping. Very last minute at 8:50pm. I was welcomed and never rushed though the store was closing soon. Great customer service experience for me.

They is absolutely the best store and the only Bath and Body Works that I like gong too. They're always well stocked and have the items I need. The staff is friendly and accommodating, just an overall great experience every time.

I went in to trade in some fall double-pack wallflower refills. The young lady I spoke with said it wasn't a problem and guided me back to the scent I asked for. Unfortunately, it was close but wasn't the exact scent. Another staff member brought over a different scent, but that wasn't it either. Despite the young lady having a headache, she went and called another location who didn't have it either, but those folks did say that it was probably an 'online-only' scent. I will be going back this weekend since B&BW has completely discontinued the scent ( :/ ), and because I like the friendly atmosphere in here.

Trenetta was so helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I came in, spoke to her and had an idea of the scents I wanted immediately. It saved so much time. She was so easy going and it is appreciated. Thank you for your excellent customer service Trenetta.

I haven't been in this location for years and went in today to view and I must say, the employees were very friendly and provided great customer service. The merchandise is set up perfect enough that if you're not careful, you'll end up spending some money...LOL! Kudos to this store...#COVID-19 isn't preventing some businesses from giving great customer care!!

The team at Rivertown Commons is fantastic. I absolutely hate shopping on Black Friday but had to make the trek and EVERYONE in the store was so kind, friendly, and helpful. It was a delight to shop with them and I will be back.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Semi Annual Sale. Disappointing they didnt have certain items that match. But store displays are nice. Not feeling some of the "new" Valentine scents. I'll juat wait for next semi annual sale in June/July

I really do like this bath and body works. I travel from NE DC to go to this specific one. I like how small and intimate it is. They still have everything you need. Customer service is great. I always recommend.

Real nice location, helpul staff checking prices gor you as you shop. Plenty of brautiful stuff you will not find in other stores. Gave me a feeling I had to add decor in my apartment. Plenty of parking. They even carry some scents across seasons and I think that's really cool. I should go there more often

Today was part of their 75% off semi annual sale and they were fully prepared! The staff was upbeat, energetic, and extremely helpful to everyone that walked in the door! This is a stark cry from the store I usually go to in Kingstowne over in Alexandria. I'll probably never shop over there again. They seem as though you are bothering them every time you ask a question. I love the Oxon Hill store and the staff

Too start off, I have been in customer service for over 10 years and the service that is provided at this location is outstanding. The sales associate and management staff is not a pushy seller. BTW banard.. was an awesome sales manager.

The manager at the Oxon Hill location of bath and body work was exceptionally great his customers service was beyond my expectation he showed enthusiasm he also helped me I was there at 5:27pm in the store closed at 6 and he did not rush me he did not push me out the door I felt so warm and so welcome that I will recommend anybody to come to that location during those hours when he's there because his customer service is impeccable.
