First off I wanna give Ms.Victoria her props she's nothing short of amazing very professional and on point so thank you Ms. Victoria and the Belleville post office for your awesome service I truly truly appreciate you all for the wonderful experience.

Our postal carrier is amazing! She always delivers packages with great care and is so friendly! We very much appreciate her! Judd rd, Sumpter township (Belleville Mi mailing address).

My experiences with the Belleville post office personnel has always responded to my needs and inquiries with professional attitude and excellent service. My attitude when I express my needs to anyone always determines the response of the person I am requesting assistance from. “Have a Great Day”

Ron is outstanding!! why isn't he in charge?
I do miss Gary and Hunter, but Ron has been amazing! None of these people are rude....
customers come with no box, or box not taped up, or the "can you print my mailing slip" ... then leave negative comments because they (customers) weren't prepared!

Spacious location with a variety of services, convenient hours, and helpful staff! They're quite quick but without making the customer feel rushed. I don't know his name but one postal worker at the front counter is so friendly and knowledgeable, I always appreciate his assistance. I feel grateful that our area has such a good USPS office!

I can describe my all time best experience in a post office in 3 letters. And those letters are RON.
In just under 90 sec I found myself whisked away in a whirlwind of competency, efficiency, and knowledge. I was left in wide eyed wonder. I simply took a package in needing to be mailed without knowing what it would cost. Ron not only handled my inquiries with relaxed ease, he forewarned me about the proper ink to be used ( passport app), the expected time of processing, how best to expedite the entire process, and provided a tracking number to track the processing. In fact, I'd like to take this opportunity to nominate Ron for the "Unsung Hero of Belleville Award". Is this a real thing? No. Of course not. Because if it was, it would be called the "Ron" award. Not the "Unsung Hero of Belleville Award"
Ron's ability and attention to detail reminded me of a time long past when customer issues were a matter of concern... not ridicule. Thanks Ron... Unsung Hero of Belleville.

I visited the Belleville post office today. They were moderately busy, one window clerk, however his customer service, attitude and knowledge of service were impressive. I have lived in Belleville for 25 yes and never had an unpleasant experience @ this location.

Everyone here is super nice, the lines move quickly if you have your things together. I've never had an issues unless it was a customer who did not have their items together. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.
BRING YOUR OWN TAPE IF YOU NEED TO SEAL YOUR PACKAGE-- they do NOT provide tape and you would have to pay around $4.00 for a roll.

Additionally, I think some people need to take into consideration that USPS is a government service and they do not have the time or staff to search through every letter or package to help with just one item. I suggest going in and talking to a staff member or the post master. If you're worried about packages being lost, have the items insured over value and tracked.

The employees are always helpful and pleasant. I really miss my longtime carrier Brian. Brian opted for a new route January 2019 and our service has gone downhill. Victoria Commons miss Brian. First year in a long time i didn't leave a card in the box at Christmas.

I visited this location few times this week and it went very fast for a post office. Couple of guys were working the front counter so I don't know about other times, but they were moving fast especially if you know what you want.

I choose to go out of my way to use the Belleville post office because the staff
are extremely helpful and kind.

I sell books online for the Friends of the Library and am in the post office a few times each week to mail books. The lines are short and the folks at the counter are professional, efficient, and friendly!

The counter staff has always been extremely helpful to me. They answer my questions & assist with my issues.

Staff is friendly, helpful and quick ... lots of help for parcel inquiries as well.
