Fast service, great help with my passport renewal process and easy clear instructions from the lady that helped me, Kristina if I remember correctly.

Very brief wait in line! Very helpful employee! Less than 5 minutes and my visit was complete!

The passport office staff were very kind and patient. They double checked my daughter’s applications and took a photo to her satisfaction. I have visited this post office several times in the last 6 months and the staff has always presented a nice attitude and very helpful.

I have shipped over 50,000 packages with this post office and never had any shipping issues on their end. Most packages have shipped out on time. Friendly and helpful staff, will get you taken care of.

Whenever I go to the 150 Post Office, I always receive excellent customer service from Tatyana and Tamala. They both ensure that all of my questions are answered whenever they provide me service and their professional actions while under stressful circumstances when the post office is very crowed and busy is outstanding. Thank you both for providing great service!!!!

I’m not sure about the 2.0 stars BUT Ms. Kim (AA woman with short blonde hair) she is the sweetest and most helpful person I have came across in a while. I have been having a horrible week and just her beautiful presence has lightened my day up. I’d love to come here just to get a good customer experience from her.

Floor manager/associate around 11am today had outstanding service. She was quick and thorough, she kept the line short and had everyone pointed in the right direction.

Passport clerk was also phemonial. She made my appointment quick and easy. Even with the additions of expediting and so on she was patient and kind.

Ok... I cannot verify the poor customer service on the phone. I walked in because I had a new construction home and the address was not showing up on the usps website so I had to go to the post office. I will say this about their customer service and I will leave it at that: if you are used to smiles and giggles, you won't find that at this location. If you are used to people being direct and forward, you might think of the employees as being rude. Get in the post office, know what you want, and get out. Keep the line moving. It's 2:45 and they close at 3pm. I was in and out in 5 mins and was given direct instructions on what I needed to do.

I only wrote this review because I see how customers can take it as an attitude but I am also one of those people who gives directions and keep it moving. I don't think it's that extreme to poor customer service, unless they blatantly had an attitude, but I do think it's more so efficiency than anything. Hope this helps.

Tracking a package I ordered online that was posted as delivered, was, in fact, NOT delivered. Deciding to follow up, I stopped by the Waldorf facility (on Paul Mellon Court). And upon following up with this "mis-delivered" package, I spoke with Ms. BRENDA. Realizing the dilemmas the Post Office staff MUST endure, mainly during this epidemic, I was thinking my concern would be trivialized. Yet, I was very pleasantly surprised by Ms. Brenda's understanding. Although it took (only) two days to find, the package was delivered and mainly by the efforts of Ms. Brenda's proactive consideration AND genuine character!
MS. BRENDA SHOULD BE COMMENDED/RECOGNIZED BY NOT ONLY THE POST MASTER, BUT BY THOSE THAT SHE SERVES here in the Waldorf community.
For those reading this, PLEASE acknowledge her when you go by the facility. 🙏

All of theses negative reviews should go to the sender not the post office it is the person or company that are really the reason your packages are late or getting returned the sender also can create an error or ship ur package late stating it was shipped on time .

And some of these comments stating they were argued down by them are false accusation just because you were dissatisfied with the answers that they gave you and further more you probably did it yourself and made it seem it was the other way around so let's be honest here.🙄
I see nobody saying they asked for a supervisor nor one was involved 🤔.

I create my own shipping labels at home and usually have to wait in a line to get a receipt but this location has a do it your self machine which has made my shipping process so much easier... I scan each label by myself it prints my receipt then I drop the packages into the package only bin and I’m out the door... Workers have always been friendly and willing to help with any questions I have!

Passport Information and forms were on point considering they take customers from Laplata's Post Office as the lazy post master there doesn't. Post Office Rd only has one Agent accepting applications. They are also short staffed as well. This service should be blamed on a much higher level than the actual Postal workers here. Try complaining higher up and check out the race of the higher ups and maybe you will understand the service. Most Waldorf customers have a funky superior attitude upon entrance. If if were me I'd cuss those rude a$$ customers t f out. Yes the USPS is still prejudice a f. Nothings changed in 40 years.

Had the best experience today. Tamara and Ms Kim (supervisor)were very helpful with shipping an international package.

This is my main post office and though the lines are always long it moves at a good pace. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
