Very clean and welcoming staff. I was helped by Monet and she wasn’t too pushy on her recommendations while I was looking for Mac foundation. She was helpful and color matched me to a new foundation

Truly every single employee is a gem at this location, but DAVID in particular is a STAR. Friendly, inviting, knowledgable. If he isn’t a manager, make him one!! Kudos to the team for being so great.

Great, Lauren and Richard hair salon area are fantastic, I've been coming here for many years getting my hair done and they both do a fantastic job I highly highly recommend them!

RICHARD! The best hair color and cut ever- including brows. Kills it everytime. 100% recommend you go to him for color and cut needs. He takes time but still doesn't make you wait in a chair for 4 hours while the color is setting. Amazing person and fantastic job.

Manager Kelsey is an angel and compassionate and takes great care of customers that have been through a lot during COVID. She listens. She is sweet, kind, accommodating! Bc of her I will return. I can’t speak for the other 10 managers I was told. There was another lady there working I don’t know get game. Very long reddish brown hair color. Not helpful at all. Polar opposite experience between the two managers! See Kelsey!! She’s beyond helpful and kind!

Madison was SO helpful. Even right before closing, she took her time, made personal suggestions, walked me around the store. She really listened to my price point, type of products I was looking for and was very professional and helpful. 10 out of 10. Best shopping experience at a Ulta yet!

I love Alicia here. She has been my aesthetician for 10 years. Never tries to sell me on anything, but has always delivered a top notch facial for me. After so many years, she tailors mine to what I need in that moment. When I do ask about products, she gives honest reviews and guides me towards the best product for my face - not the most expensive.

The store itself has very helpful customer service. It's never super busy as it is not in a mall but a small complex with a whole foods.

In the past, I didn’t come to ULTA to get my hair done unless it was an emergency, but Kat does an amazing job and I’m a regular now! I get my hair dyed red and it’s super thick/curly so it’s not an easy job. I’m so happy after working with her for months!! And she’s super nice, the girl below me sounds like a b**** if you ask me

Alicia, the esthetician is awesome. She is super knowledgeable. I brought my 3 kids in to get the Christmas facials as an early gift. She took great care of them. She was sensitive to their privacy, while also keeping me in the loop of any concerns I needed to be aware of.
I would definitely recommend her if want your best skin ever. She's the reason I chose to go to this store.

Lauren the hair stylist was the BOMB!

She fit me in for a last minute blow-out on post valentines day weekend. She was fast, efficient, and friendly! Will definitely return for future styling!

Love how Angelica does my hair she is excellent and very friendly professional young lady. She knows what your hair needs and great at styling my long hair. I always go to Ulta for cosmetic and I get great point. Very friendly professional atmosphere. Love Ulta.

I went here for a quick touch up to my hair. The appointment was super easy to book online, my stylist was professional, had me in on time and did exactly what I asked. She was a pleasure to visit with and gave me possibly the best shampoo I've ever had 💯👏🙂 loved it!!!

The layout of the store is always fun filled. You can find all the stuff on sale and the sales people are always ready to help you with a smile on their face I really like Ulta for some reason I really like it a lot more than Sephora and I can't Tell you why products are the same but I guess it's just to feel of the store.
I went in for another visit today to the Ulta at Adams and brookhurst Street in Huntington beach. They have the market cornered on friendly great service.

This 5-star rating is specifically for the cashier & manager who worked together to honor the discounted price tags for color shampoo, as well as the greeter and associate in the back who directed me to the section. I found 2 bottles and they were rung up as full price even though I'd seen them marked for sale. While a manager was checking for me and also grabbing me another one, another manager showed up and said they were full price, even though the cashier mentioned there were sale tags there. I was going to say that I only wanted one bottle then, but the initial manager returned and honored the sale prices, so in the end, I walked out with 3 bottles, not 2. My experience there could've turned sour, but instead, I left feeling grateful, and because of that interaction, I'm more likely to come back. Everyone else was really friendly and helpful, except for that one manager who didn't greet me before saying they were full price. Big shoutout to those ladies!

I love shopping at Ulta! They have a huge selection of cosmetics, nail products, hair products as well as hair styling tools, fragrance and a great selection of almost anything "beauty-wise". They have a good point system and often have great promotions and discounts. I shop online a lot but I also go into the store. The sales reps are very professional and really nice and helpful. I also have never had a problem with any returns.

I started getting my eyebrows done with Sonny. He is so kind and very informative of what he is going to do and explains what is best for your face shape. I really recommend people to make an appointment with him. I used to get my eyebrows threaded but he really has changed my look with 2 visits!

Sara did an amazing job with my hair she was very Knowledgeable and Enthusiastic my best friend and I had a pleasant experience we will both definitely be recommending her. Thank you Ulta for hiring someone who truly cares about her customers.
