Like their adds on TV says. Best service on the market. Best of everything T-Mobile has to offer and best all around services in the WORLD. My family has been with T-MOBILE for years. We all love the staffs polite welcome as you walk into their store and willing to help .

Came in for an upgrade. Bryan helped me out. He was great! Quick, efficient, and he transferred all my stuff over so I didn't have to deal with it. He made the process so easy and helped me with any questions I had.

Very knowledgeable staff. And great customer care and service. The associate who assisted us, his name is leeroy? Told us about his ring system he has on his home and recommend it. Very patient with assisting us with what we where in there for. While assisting other customers. Very old customer from Att. Now T-mobile. We will be back soon.

Switched from cricket so happy to have t mobile way better customer service, plus they offer t mobile signal booster witch gives me full bars all the time at home. Never miss a call or text like we did with cricket, little bit more than cricket for four lines but well worth it. Thanks

I've been a T-Mobile customer for MANY years and I usually do everything online.. but every time I DO go to the Gainesville, GA store, I receive AMAZING customer service. Mark, Carla, Nathan, Leeroy, and the entire team are awesome and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of! I've had friends try to get me to switch phone providers but I'm forever Team T-Mobile!

Got the iPhone XR recently and the t-mobile associate made the process fairly easy when setting up a new line. And even mentioned t-mobile Tuesday’s would recommend and so far no issues with the phone 👍

My family and I came from another phone company paying way more than ee should have been. Nathan helped switched us over after dealing with several hiccups from the telesales within t-mobile over several days. He was professional, and did an amazing job. I would recommend dealing with t-mobile at the store level. Theres nothing "wrong" with t-mobile as a whole, but i definetly encourage to use a store, face to face.

Everyone I've ever dealt with up there is absolutely amazing! I asked to be called when they received Galaxy Buds in stock and sure enough, he called me back! Told me it was first come first serve but I got them. :) nothing but amazing reviews for this crew!

Best group of employees I have experienced at any phone store. Danny is amazing, he has been helping us for years. Never any complaints about this location. Very knowledgeable and caring staff.

Mobile Phone Expert Alex at this location always helps us above and beyond. We never leave unhappy with the level of phone assistance given. We have bought a few phones and upgrades through him and we recommend Alex

Disclosure: I work for T-Mobile but not in retail. I will drive out of my way to visit the Gainesville store when I have at least three other stores closer because of the staff! They're by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable team around!

Activating online proved impossible, Robert at the T-Mobile store did a great job getting it done.

My fiancé and I went into this store to switch our services over and we worked with Nathan. After two days of problems and hiccups, he was able to professionally assist us with two phones. I would highly recommend this store location.

I switched from AT&T to T-mobile. Unlimited usage is great at a great price with no added taxes. So glad I did. Great company!!

Jeff and Mark were super helpful. Not only were they knowledgeable on fixing our phone issues and our plan, but they were superb with their treatment of us as customers!

People here are friendly and helpful. This is a busy store so it can get full. Leeroy, Danny, Robert and Nate are my personal favorites.
