I purchased waterproof vinyl flooring for my 3 bedrooms and was pleasantly surprised by the store personnel and amazed by the installers. Would definitely recommend them! Great job, good price. The installer completed the job in 7 hours! Love my new floors!

I used this store to purchase the new flooring for my house. They also arranged the install. Every person I talked to on my multiple trips to the store was informative and patient with me. I rarely had to wait to be helped, unlike the big box stores. Also, every time I called with a question it did not matter who answered the phone. They all knew any answer to my questions.

Excellent finished product! Definitely worth the wait. Ordering was simple. Measuring was efficient and professional. Felt as though was a disconnect between delivering our flooring and getting it installed...sat in our dining room for 3 weeks. Greg Thomas took ownership and got sorted out. Our installer, Flavio, was amazing! He paid attention to details and was very task-oriented. (5 rooms!) Returning extra materials was very easy as well. Would definitely do business with Venice LL again!

The absolute BEST experience from start to finish! Their staff is very patient and thorough. It took going back 3 times for me to make up my mind but they are extremely patient and always pleasant! I did go to 4 other stores to check prices and availability but found LL Flooring to be the absolutely best choice. I will never go anywhere else and I'm highly recommended them to all my friends.

All of our wood flooring was destroyed during hurricane Ian, so we visited the store in Venice Florida. We picked out samples to take home and choose the color. The associates were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely recommend LL flooring.

William, the sales rep at LL Flooring, is a professional in what he does. He showed us the choice of flooring that would suit our needs. He supplied us with a couple of samples, set up an appointment to measure and get an accurate cost. We haven’t had it installed yet, but expect it to be great being that everything so far has been excellent.

We had a great experience with the Venice, Fl store recently. The associates were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They guided us through the selecting, ordering, delivery, and install of the selected product. Everything went very smoothly thanks to Chris, Greg, Will and Cynthia. Kudos to them all. Shoping at LL Flooring in Venice was a wonderful and very refreshing experience compared with other stores that we visited.. We immediately got a very knowledgable staff person. They had an large inventory of flooring. We found a perfect flooring product. They went out of their way to expeditde the delivery of everything we needed. Prices were very competative. A nice experience!

Greg was great to work with. Not only was he knowledgeable but he also had a sense of humor to! The prices were great and most of the items I needed were in stock. A couple of items had to be shipped but not a big deal. Awesome experience at this location and I would highly recommend.
