Super organized and well-stocked. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

Bought a chainsaw a year ago with a warranty. Had an issue with chainsaw. I returned it without a receipt. Richard took his time going through a year worth of receipts to help my find it. Also helped me by taking care of my issue. Nothing like good ole fashion customer service. Way to go Richard. Thank you for your busy time.

I went to Lowe's to get some help with my flooring project cuz I needed to rip up carpet in my daughters room. It was awful. I didn't know a lot and I got very little help. Lowe's is closer to my home. I drove further to Home Depot in hopes that I would get more help. I'm a single mom who has battled breast cancer and gotten a Double Mastectomy done so I can't do a lot myself but I'm still capable in many ways. I was very glad that I went to Home Depot. All my questions were answered. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Great customer service and experience. The cashier who was checking me out her name is Maria and she was really awesome. I was very thankful to her caring about my experience. There were people in the flooring section who helped me and a guy that helped me pick out the flooring but I don't remember any more names. Chemo brain. Sorry. Overall my experience was great. I want to exclusively come here and never to back to Lowe's no matter the distance. I still have work to do on the floors but it's coming along I think.

What a great customer service experience in this day and age of the opposite. From the greeting at the front door to the offer of a loaner umbrella (it was raining) at the exit door. Additionally, every employee that we ask questions to throughout the store were happy to help. And finally, to Richard (Manager) and Jerry thank you for your excellent assistance in the lighting department.

Richard the manger there is a great guy and has really gone out of his way to help me with an issue Im having GE Application( NEVER WILL I BUY AGAIN) 14 weeks and I still don't have a working fridge that's under warranty with them.

Another great experience happened at the Home Depot in Venice, FL off of Jacaranda BLVD. Unfortunately we had to replace a hot water heater that blew apart/went out early evening on Friday. It turned out that it couldn’t have been an easier project for somebody in the fix-it-now frame of mind. I’m typically not into naming just certain people, but so many employees of this location went beyond the normal call of duty while I was there making this last minute “have to get it done” big purchase.

Sadly, while finishing the final purchase around 8pm, we (customers and employees) all heard a lady screaming, crying and grieving over a phone call she received from another one of her family members. I was drawn over to the aisle to see what I could do to help, but some of the Home Depot team members had the situation pretty much already under control. Not a typical customer help on this night, only personal care and empathy from people were needed, and from my perspective, when I arrived, she was already was receiving it. Even the young kids (grandkids) this customer had with her were being helped out it... Great job everyone, the Home Depot should be proud to have you as above and beyond employees, this was a bad situation that went as positive as it could get late in the day at/after closing on a Friday night. It dropped me down to my knees in prayer after everything that has gone on with the world over the pandemic and society change. We all discovered hope on August 27th and I’m glad I was there to witness it. I will speak of this location and the great employees that work there, without any doubt, the rest of my life. We are all in this world together, this was proof we can still do it... with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint...
A+ to the entire Home Depot team including Tyler, Angie, Andy, Brenda, Jimmy, Karen, Nate, Sheryl, Kristin and Tara and all else who helped that family out.

I can't say enough about how awesome the home depot experience is these days. Awesome service, selection and prices for homeowners and contractors alike.

This is for heartland Express delivery drivers. Do not block that side street go ahead and pull up next to the building. Then do your double drop and hook, drive very slow and use your hazards. It's a very busy parking lot

Best Home Depot in the area for the largest selection of Milwaukee tools. Parking lot is kinda hard to navigate in and out due to the main road but thats not home depots fault. Great customer service and super clean store.

I was able to have keys made in minutes and for much less than at Ace hardware. They only charge for the key itself, and they have all kinds of different ones so I don't get them confused! Also they have an app where once you have made keys there, they store it online, so if you lose it again, you can reproduce it without having the actual physical key. Pretty awesome and they have wonderful customer service!

Janice was extremely helpful with information to wire my building. She even stayed past her time to make sure I understood what I needed. Thank you, Janice!

We were so impressed with the customer service during our visit today and the presence of staff. All the staff are pleasant, helpful and go out of their way to help you find things. This is extremely rare nowadays and it is just very refreshing at this store. Please don't change this.

I live nearby and every time I go staff is nice and helpful. Now, we all know businesses are in need of help, so be mindful everywhere you go of that. I LOVE that I can go in and have wood cut to my needs! I have always had a kind staff member assist me. In fact, people here in Venice are so nice, I have had local handyman help me when they see my perplexed face in the hardware aisle! Be kind and others will be kind back!

The garden department was amazing. Lots of interesting houseplants. All of the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Returned a water heater that had been damaged in the box. No question, they simply exchanged it! Very simple and quickly. Allowed me to open replacement in the store, too.
