I've been in a couple of pinches where the staff really pulled through for me here. Last time my battery died I had to leave work early to push my pregnant wife in her car down the street to get a battery. A friend jumped us and we barely made it over. The staff was ready and willing to help. He swapped the battery out for me and was generally really nice about it. They were also nice to the homeless people around which I think is good.

Had to get a new battery for my car and Pedro fixed it all up. Stand up guy. Thank you, Pedro, you’re the best. 🙏🏻 he should get a raise!

Jason helped me today and was a life saver. My brake lights went out and he was happy to coach me through how to check the brake switch also showed me how to replace. Cost 10 bucks and I'm glad I didn't go to Midas get charged an arm and a leg. Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly I appreciate the fantastic service.

Hector at the Tempe store saved me this morning! I had to jump start my car due to a bad battery. He checked my battery and alternator and then ended up changing the battery for me which was no easy task to the location of it

The staff was very helpful when I needed new coolant and wipers. I didn't know at all which brands or types I needed and they were quick and happy to help me out. I prefer here over autozone.

Shout out to Jose and his tattoos for his quick and professional battery swap in my car. It was an impossible fit, but he swapped it out quickly no hassle. Highly recommend!

My car battery died and this was the closest place to my house. I was very pleasantly surprised by how awesome and nice the staff was here.
The gentleman helping me first checked my battery and then told me that he could tell my battery was purchased at another auto parts store and that it might be under warranty and that i should consider calling them before buying a new one. When I called, it was in fact under warranty and it was replaced for free, but I am so impressed by the fact that the man who helped me was trying to find the best solution for me even it if wasnt at O'Reilly's.
This is the kind of thing that builds trust and I now have a preferred location to shop for anything auto-related.

Bought some vacuum hose. What can I say, measure your nipple for a correct fit. Dial calipers work best.

Good store they had the alternator I needed for my Toyota that I was not able to find any place else unless I spent $200. I ever back several times for items for my truck a car and they always seem to come through for me

Went to get a new battery, the store manager Tim came out and assisted with all of the corrosion on my battery and suggested that I get the terminals replaced; he also installed it for me.

Needed an alternator & a ratchet for the tension pulley, the guys were great. Brought back the core and ratchet (I purchased the 3/8" needed 1/2") they were so nice about it; i spent that$ on windshield wipers! Thanks guys!

Best experience I have ever had at any auto part store. Joel, Zack, and Mike were all extremely helpful. I had a bad alternator, they looked it up and had me already out the door in no time. When I got back into my car it died on me. Mike even got in his own vehicle and helped jump my car because it would not start. Now that is true customer service hands down the best auto part store and Oreilly's in the world. Thanks again guys you rock!

I needed a new battery for my car. First went to Autozone but their service sucked. The lady here helped me find the right one and then the gentleman changed it for me right away. Very fast and good service!! Will be coming here for now on.
