Quick fast and knowledgeable. Came in for a tire repair kit and a bike pump…left with exactly that! Great job. Employees even seemed to enjoy their position. Seamless and I am grateful for my fast experience.

Went to the O’Reilly on Southern and rural and worked with Kyle. Best experience I’ve had at an O’Reilly. Very patient, kind, friendly and answered all of my questions I had. Also assisted me with all of my needs and did it the entire time with a smile!! Amazing all around experience! THANK YOU Kyle for being such an easygoing and awesome person to work with!! A few days ago my mom locked her keys in her car. I went to O'Reilly on Southern, just west of Rural and Rich helped me. He was extremely helpful, friendly, informative, and honestly reminded me there are still good people in the world!!! Thank you again to Rich and we will continue to make O'Reilly our go-to for auto parts!

Great Location! I had a (rare) bad experience at another O'Reilly location where they were not able to find my receipt for a warranty and unwilling to make the effort to do so. Jake cheerfully tracked it down, listened with empathy, and made my entire experience with O'Reilly better. He was able to do so without assuming anything about my previous experience or running down anyone that he was not a party to the conversation to. He just stuck to effective empathetic listening and helped resolve my problem. I passed the compliment on to the manager, Rich today, and found him to be equally empathetic and helpful

I didn’t get his name cuz I suck but one of the guys had helped me fix my front blinker light because I didn’t know how. Great service I love o reileys

Things rarely go smoothly for me, so when my 6mo old battery couldn't even be jumpstarted, I had nightmares of having to pay another $200 for a new one. Another chain store told me it was defective, wouldn't hold a charge, trickle charger shut off automatically during the night, blah blah. Luckily, it was still under warranty, and rather than haggle over whether it was defective or not, Larry checked it for me and simply replaced it free of charge. He rocks and I will definitely return here again for parts and information. Well done!

Went in for license plate screws ended up not needing them because a very kind employee was able to unscrew the ones I thought were stripped, off and back on with the new plate. I will be back here for all things auto.

My 2022Ford Maverick needed a new battery.I purchased the wrong size battery from another Oreillys the night prior.So at 8:00am I called and Jake said cone on over…He looked up the proper battery and then proceeded to take out my old battery & replace it with the new purchase.It was super time consuming and cold out.He was professional and kind!

What an amazing experience! My tire went flat and I did not have the tool I needed to get the rim lug nut off. Soon as I came to the store, the workers knew exactly what I needed. Highly recommended place for service!

the store manager milo is a really really cool dude and he is very knowledgeable. He helped me help my mom troubleshoot her headlight issues and he told me the issue and showed me personally how to fix the problem.

Excellent customer service. He's also just a really cool guy and I can't recommend him and his store enough. To be honest I won't be going to AutoZone anymore. They are okay I've never had a had experience but Milo at O'Reilly's is an absolute killer. Beastmode.

Eric at O'rellys went above and beyone helping me identify what was wrong with my work truck that I depend on for my business and livelyhood. My tension and belt came off he helped me identify the problem and called someone to help out. Thanks man

Mylo is the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me out big time today with my tail lights in my Kia Optima. He installed them immediately after purchase.

My taillight was hit and completely demolished and I ordered the part which came in in less than 24 hours. I showed up that very morning to speak with Milo the Manager and he did an outstanding job replacing/fixing the whole assembly for me in literally under 5 mins. Excellent customer service here. I would recommend going to this O’reillys here on Southern Ave over many other places I’ve been to here in AZ. Thank You Milo!!
