I came in to mail a package to my son, stationed overseas. The man at the counter was so helpful, and we even had a very pleasant conversation while completing the transaction. Easily the best USPS experience I've had in a very long time! Thank you!

Went in to get our passports renewed. Staff knew their business. Super friendly and accommodating. Acknowledged other patrons as they came, while at the same time handling our applications quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service.

When I had a problem and was across the country on business, Postmaster Magee bent over backwards to get it fixed - far outside what I expected or would consider reasonable. She and the team at this location are the reason I pass three other post offices to do business here (including hosting my PO box).

My favorite PO - LOVE the people there - John, Lisa (who recently retired) and Donna are all fabulous folks. I sell a lot on ebay, so am at the PO daily. I recently moved to NC, and the people in the post offices here don't hold a candle to my friends in Dunkirk! Miss you guys!

We miss charlie the most!!! But his (newphew??) is great!!! Left us a some bones for our dogs with our mail! We appreciate you!

I live Uppermarlboro and I always go to Dunkirk post office . I get fast, friendly, and professional service from clerk 02 she's the best!!!!!

Well the mail takes forever to leave here and when I did get my mail it had a whole lot of damage to the box and water? Not sure if that occurred else where but the service is okay the staff is not rude nor the most enthusiastic people in the world and I think that totally fine for me they are their to do their job and their job isn't to tailor to your 'Feelings" so a solid 3.

Lost package, post master didn’t care told me to file a claim. Fast talking didn’t want to help. Pretty much not their problem. And they don’t open on time. Then the scumbag hippy boy said I can’t help you anyway. With no reason.

This place needs to get your stuff together and have better service. It’s been twice that I scheduled an appointment and they call at the last minute to cancel my appointment for reasons that are not my problem and if they don’t have equipment and employees ready to work, so close this post office for passport services.

I understand that at this time it is very difficult for the workers since it’s the holidays and they are super busy but it does not mean for the workers to have a full on bad attitude. Several customers, my mother and I were mistreated by the man who worked behind the counter today. First we waited 30 minutes to be seen (which we understood the situation since again it’s the holidays) but as we came to the counter the man at the counter gave us an attitude saying “you cannot come up here without your boxes taped and labeled” and basically forcibly pushed the box my mother had back at her. There was no welcoming greeting from him at all. Just a full on attitude with us which we were very surprised by. However, the woman working next to him was very helpful in the situation by giving us their tape and labels at the back counter. But after getting our packages finally taped and labeled we had to wait ANOTHER 30 mins. The same man that gave us an attitude said to the worker beside him “I am starting to lose my patience” as he was serving another customer that did absolutely NOTHING to him. I do not know this worker’s name but he had 0% customer service and honestly should be fired for how he treats customers. My family and I will now be using another nearby post office instead of this location from now on until this post office gets better workers who understand customer service.

Every time I go in they are the most rude employees. They don’t care anything about how they can help you but are all about what they can’t do so they don’t have to do anything. Simple questions are met with a defensive response and attitude. Once I tried applying for a passport and instead of assisting me with retrieving my appointment they just ignored me and cussed about another employee. This post office staff are trash. But hands are tied when it’s the closest one to where I live.

I had several bad experiences with this location. I went there for the passport and took passport photo with them but a couple of weeks later I got denied because of the photo. I thought they know how to do their job... I guess I overestimated them.
On an other occasion I went there to send some international mail and one of the ladies said “Hun, you need to write everything in English, this is USA.” Um...... first of all I know which country I live in. And I’m not your “hun”. Just because you called me that, it doesn’t make you sound any less racist. Eventually delivery happens in the destination country... so why does it matter if the address in the corner of the box is in the destination country’s language (when the official USPS postage label is written in English). Are USPS people so smart as to think other USPS people will be the ones to deliver international packages? These people could use some education on how the world works... and how THEY should work within their own jobs. God Bless America!

Avoid this post office! The staff members were extremely rude! I’m appalled at how they treated me!! I can’t believe the way they spoke to me and just dismissed me! I will be reporting this incident!

Waited weeks for a passport appointment then they canceled a day before.
