There are no words to express my gratitude to Mike. My son experienced car trouble on his way home from Tech. 8 hours away from home, so not close enough to get to him quickly. I searched online for places near where he was. Mike was willing to squeeze my son’s car in and take a look at it. He was thorough in his evaluation, he explained things clearly and went over and above in ensuring my son was able to get back to Tech safely. Would highly recommend!

Mike was so helpful when our truck broke down on vacation. He was very busy and was able to squeeze us in and look at our truck. He put in a new thermostat when my truck was overheating and saved our vacation! We were able to go out to the Porkies the next day!

The owner will take time to explain exactly what the repair problem is. He had gone as far as to take me out onto the shop floor to point out and patiently explain what was wrong with my vehicle. I appreciate the extra time and concern. They also have U-hauls!

We were staying at the campground and needed help. Very kind, said what happened, and didn’t try to ‘fix’ something for more money. Honest and so much help.

Diagnosed and resolved a problem on short notice when other mechanics in town wanted me to wait over a week to even take a look.

Mike runs a tight shop and has Awesome Customer Service. I would definitely recommend His shop to anyone.
