Beware tourists! I was visiting from AZ and got a flat tire. I was told by the woman working there, that there was a law in Michigan that prevented them from selling me one tire, that I would have to buy four! When I questioned this I was told to take my business elsewhere. I did, down the street, where they sold me ONE tire.

DONT GO HERE! Locals don’t have a lot of options so these people jack up their prices. Dropped off my car for a brake inspection, was quoted $1400 for brakes and 1 caliper. Said okay in the heat of the moment on the way into work. They said they wouldn’t get to it for a few days anyway. Called around for some second opinions and they were all much lower. Called this place back only 2 hours later to cancel and the bill was $190! They charged us $103 for 1 hour of labor, and $10/tire for rotating them and $10/tire for balancing them… even though they didn’t have the parts yet and we’re going to have to take it all apart again anyway! AND we didn’t even ask for the rotation and balance! Refused to give us our keys unless we paid for work we didn’t ask for. Crooks! I even have the conversations recorded!

This woman is not only rude but she is lying on my honest review... I took my vehicle out of there because of fraud... yet she in her dialog ... she is try to seem like it's otherwise.... her response to my review that they upraised my part by $100 .. is a joke.. I told her I was not happy... so she said .. I'll put your keys in your car and you can come get it... so I did.

Rude customer service by the woman on the phone. She gave my son a ridiculously high quote for all brakes and rotors.. Also, when I took my Jeep there for a corroded wire to the coolant fan. I paid $270.. We went to another place, for ALL brakes, ALL calipers and 2 rotors. The quote was still $150 under what she quoted him.

4/11/24 Well I had another questionable encounter with Lambert's Auto. We only delivered my son's Grand Cherokee Laredo because my preferred mechanic was not available. It was only they would be done sooner.. It was a power steering cooler that was originally replaced in the fall time.. she quoted us $470-$490 or $570-$590 I was flabbergasted... I asked the price of the part .. told was $290 .. told her autozone $163.. can I bring one from there. she said we only work with local dealers due to warranty and such.. was told no. I told her I was unhappy.. she told me she can put the keys in the Jeep and we can pick it up. I said no, but I'm still unhappy.. she said ohh. Than you I'll definitely put the keys in the jeep and you can pick it up! I said no it's my sons Jeep, I have no say, you can authorize the work... she then said .. well ! have your son call and let him authorize the work.. after that I call both both local dealers because I had an inkling of deception for their profit.. Bay Auto quoted me $163 for the Dorman 918-340 that I've been researching. Then I call Lanse auto parts they quoted me the same exact part for $133 So I'm here wondering which local part store she located for this part for $290. That's when I knew I could not do business with this company. Now will my family ever.. the part only take two simple clasps and to be just be snapped back on the Jeep. ... this woman is uprising all the parts ! That come you way! It's virtually a scam! So yes I got my Jeep right out of their scammer ways!

Edit! Tell the truth .. you fraud .. all I said was I was not happy with the price.. twice now this woman victimized me within this business!
