I wanted to write this review, noting how wonderful the Verizon employee, Jesse is. My work schedule only allowed me to get to the local store at 8:00. He was more than willing to stay after that to switch over my old phone to a new one. I had an older phone,so there were some issues with it. He was very patient,and knowledgeable. He took two hours to help my husband and I, and at ten o clock we finished. Such a pleasure to have someone so polite,and helpful. Verizon is extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful employee. Thank you Jesse!

Love this place! I went in to get a new phone , Associate Jesse helped me out with everything I needed. Went over details with me about different phones, things I wouldn't have known otherwise. Very knowledgeable, and kind. Jesse was patient and offered recommendations that beat fit what I was looking for. I recommend to anybody to go to The Palestine store. Best customer service possible. I couldn't have asked for more. All the troubleshooting I needed was taken care of and I left with a smile. I will be going back here definitely. 🥰

Very simple, I got the best help possible, the best understanding, and the best experienced people I have ever seen changing from the previous company and I'm very happy for that. And I am glad to be back with Verizon. Also I forgot to mention the most important thing. That the people who work for this company now, Jesse and Amy, they simply now how to make a difference, and satisfy every customer with a smile, prestige, and experience. I'm glad to meet them and I recommend everyone I meet in my business to go to them if they need help with their phones.

Jessie was absolutely amazing. We went to the store after 6pm. The store was supposed to close at 7. He stayed until almost 9, setting up our new phones, answering our questions. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Any and Jesse are truly amazing people! They help every customer and spend as much time needed with every one of them. They are high energy and very welcoming! You’ll leave this store feeling like family and not just another customer.

Upgraded my iPhone with help from Amy, she was great! I got just what I wanted and tons of tips as well as some personalized tutorials for my specific needs. Will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade again.😊

Caitlyn was very efficient and friendly. She researched any areas of concern and answered all my questions. She also offered further assistance should I ever need it. I would definitely recommend her and the Palatine store to someone needing Verizon services.

I went to the Verizon Store in Palatine Bridge, NY to have liquid glass put on my new phone. Benjamin not only professionally installed the glass protector, he went above and beyond to help me with some of the new features that the Galaxy S22+ has that I was unfamiliar with. He was patient and kind. Verizon is lucky to have an employee like him!!!

Amy is an amazing help! Glad that she is there for any needs I may have! She has so much patience and is very sweet and kind, and will not stop helping until the issue is fixed! Couldn’t ask for a better person to help!

This past Saturday I went to the Palatine store . The Saleas associate, I believe her name is Chrystina was very helpful. It did take a while, but it wasn't her fault it was due to my old phone not working properly. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt badly for her because my process took time and other customers had come in. She shouldn't have to be there alone on a Saturday. Overall I'm very pleased.

The staff here is great. They are a full blow Verizon and not a customer service center like some think. Staff is knowledgeable and can solve almost all my needs in one go. This is the store to shop!!

Amy was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable with all the products. She was able to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone!

Allison and Zach both have given good customer service. Wish Allison was still there. She was very helpful and always made people laugh.

Amy exhibited such knowledge and care in providing me with the best deal!! I looove my new phone and my new Verizon Agent!!!
