Digi-Cell Phone Repair

I dropped my phone (s23 ultra) and messed up the digital display (despite no cracked screen). I brought my phone in to the shop and within 5 minutes they were able to diagnose that it was a digital display issue. I left my phone with the team to repair and within 1.5-2 hours they had my phone back up and running as if there were no issues. Highly recommend the shop and their great team.

Is getting your mobile device and Tablet repaired supposed to be that easy? Absolutely it is. The staff was unbelievably friendly and courteous. This is the spot to go to with out a doubt. Best service I have ever received from a company. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this place quiet a few times to repair my phones. Last time, it took them less then half an hour to replace a screen as I dropped my phone and needed it asap for work and more! I got a phone cable, ear plugs and phone case cover with a holder as gifts. Service is excellent, Sandro and Cynthia are always welcoming, available and kind! I highly recommend this place for those who are looking for a quality, good price and care! I can always rely on their support and advices! Way to go, Digicell!!

Amazing! I ran around trying to find a place to fix up my cracked camera screen (iPhone 13). Apple cost $500 and Verizon with insurance would be $220. Someone told me about this place so I gave them a call just before closing. They were so personable and just told me to come in the store so that they could check the camera out. In literally two minutes the camera was completely fixed. Good as new! Absolutely made my day

Great service. I had a non functional USB charging port. They were the 5th place that I contacted to fix it and the only one who could. They explained the problem and gave an estimate for the timeframe and cost. They repaired the item early and on budget. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you.

Digi-Cell is my go to. Tried a franchise place but they were farther away and their warrantee turned out to be a scam. Digi-Cell has always been fair and honest for a good price.

I was very impressed how Sandro and his team handled my daughter’s iPad repair. What seemed to be two weeks process to complete at the Apple store, Digi-Cell guys were able to fix the same day. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs to repair their phone or tablet.

Updated April 28, 2022. Again another great experience. Sandro is so nice and helpful. Fixed my cracked screen in a short time highly recommend!! Excellent quick phone repair, only exceeded by their customer service! So nice to have a company that not only does the work, but stands behind their work and makes things right!

He was also very patient and explained what potential issues might be, and the benefit of repair vs purchasing a new phone. SIMPLY OUTSTANDING, Been there twice, and will be back. First time, Sandro was able to take a bunch of old videos and pictures off an OLD cell phone that no longer worked,,, then he was able to transfer data from a Galaxy S7 with serious battery issues (VERY HOT) to a newer phone, then spent time taking data from the phone that I don't even think was able to turn on. This place is great, and has some really good guys working there,, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM

Took my phone in because the screen stopped working. The part needed for repairs was on back order so the shipping took longer than expected/quoted. Digicell was kind enough to fix my phone port free of charge (usually $120) due to the unexpected delay in the meantime even though this was not requested at all as well as a new phone screen protector. I highly recommend Digicell for phone repairs and for people like myself who like to avoid commercial phone retailers for phone issues. Very professional and high quality work - thank you!

Had my very broken iPhone 6S repaired here. $70 to get the screen replaced. Service was great! Price was great! They even offered me a free phone case. I already had one but they let my boyfriend have one for his phone instead. Fish in the store are a cute surprise bonus.

Highly Professional. When it came to unlocking my iPhone they handled that giant hassle for me. I thought my day was wasted after two trips to two different Apple stores. But, in the same day they unlocked my father's phone and set up the transfer for an iPhone I bought while I was there. Friendly staff and a professionally set up store. I drive by this place almost everyday. I was very surprised by my visit to the store. For the reason, honestly, that I had no expectations coming in. However, my expectations were satisfied and exceeded by the level of service I received. Incredible!
