I went in to trade in my iPhone 12 mini for an iPhone 15 Plus on a Sunday. Chris was very helpful and courteous. Excellent service. I will definitely come back in the future.

We had several phone issues with my current iPhone and my wife’s Samsung galaxy. We decided to visit this T-Mobile store to check if they have promotions. Fortunately we met Mr. Anh who is mobile expert at store. He was very easy to talk to, welcoming and SUPER helpful on what we should handle our issue. We finally upgraded my wife’s phone at very light extra cost and Anh found my dusty warranty that I bought long time ago to fix my cracked iPhone. We couldn’t thanks Anh more for his outstanding service and professional advices on our phones which 100% made our life easier. I will definitely be back to see Mr. Anh and highly recommend everyone to this store if you are nearby.

I was at the location south shore mall in Braintree, the whole was very nice and helpful. Jason and the manager did everything on their knowledge 👏 to help me with my phone. He spent more than an hour on the phone with customer service to find me a label to returned the phone. Thanks T-mobile crews south shore mall Braintree.

I am now a two-time customer of this location. The first time, I came in looking to buy a new iPhone and switch to T-Mobile. About 9 months later, I had paid off half of the device and decided I wanted to upgrade via the Jump program. Both times, I was helped by Russell who is the man. Initially, I was a little nervous about switching over but I then felt that I was in good hands. The transition felt absolutely seamless. Russell knows exactly what he's talking about when it comes to the carrier and the devices. He makes sure you have all of your questions answered and that you are satisfied before you walk out of the door. Tell him I sent you!

I needed a quick fix to my phone that the TMO 611 line could not fix! I went to the Braintree store the following morning; the rep who helped me identified the problem immediately and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes by deactivating the app that was causing the problem...great guy, great store!

I had to come shout this crew out that worked 10/15/21 this crew was amazing the manager Robin was amazing his team was awesome, I watched how Isabel handle many different customers as they came in.. I had to leave to go to apple an when I came back they was still busy but handle everyone with care.. no one was there longer then expected, I didn’t get the chance to get the whole entire crews name that’s why I mention the date so they be recognized for being such a great awesome team. Not one of them show anxiety for dealing with more then one person at a time the whole crew kilt it … shout out to them I walked in there like sprint who hahha it use to be sprint store .. I hated T-Mobile but this crew made me love an respect them so much more. Great job I’ll definitely be back I live all the way in Taunton so to drive to Braintree is insane but worth it

We had such a pleasant experience here. The manager greets you upon arrival within a couple min no matter how busy they were. We were there when it was very busy. Nelson was so awesome to work with. He helped us in every single possible way I could imagine to help us save money and made the transition seemless. He gave us very helpful tips on how to get used phones online to swap in for new free phones. He even remembered us a few days later. He is very knowledgeable about ins and outs of tmobiles policies and procedures. We left sprint because they gave us the run around on everything even when we wanted to stay with sprint. Sprint were rude in person and on phone. Ask for Nelson at this mobile location in Braintree Ma.

My experience at Tmobile the other day was awesome. My sister and I went in to sign up for a family plan together.

Initially there was a little bit of a wait but one of the sales associates, Adam, kept checking in with us to assure that we would be assisted as soon as possible.

When it came time to choose a phone and a phone plan, our sales associate Carvell was EXTREMElY helpful and most importantly, patient.

We were in the store for 2 hours deciding on a phone and choosing a plan. The whole experience was laughs and smiles. He did not push any extra services on us and answered any and all questions we had.

Both my sister and I were very pleased with the service and love our new Galaxy S5s!

Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were being helped. I don’t remember the girls name but she was helpful in showing me my phone choices and moving along a process I don’t really enjoy doing.

Marie was awesome. Fixed my phone issue fast and even told me about upgrading. I will be going to see her soon.
