Just wanted to say how very satisfied and happy for the absolute outstanding, above and beyond customer service that Carol Suazo gave. She was very patient and genuinely caring, sweet person. I switched carriers and was having difficulties that would have driven me crazy if I had to handle that on my own. She worked with me for over an hour, and told me to call her if my number hadn't transferred by a certain time. Even though she was getting off at 3 that day, I called at 2:30, she was with a customer at the time, still she called me back and worked with me further until the issue was resolved. This young lady is AWESOME! Thank you T-mobile for hiring her! She us definitely an asset to the company 👍👍👍🤩

Today I went to three different locations with attitudes; the third one, which is located on Bluehill Avenue in Mattapan Mass on the corner of Cummings Highway. This store automatically get five stars coming in the front door. The service I received there was amazing; in spite of them getting ready to close. I was served with respect and dignity. I will go there before anywhere else at this point. I like to give a special thanks to Tomasa, Carol, and Roslyn for everything. This location reminded me of a rose garden that left the fragrance of a lifetime for me. Agent was patient, polite and knowledgeable about the item I came in the store for. Despite COVID, gotta get that ID updated, made me realize my old relationship was adequate for the task at hand as starting with Naturalization Cert was too much work to endure to get transaction completed, but another time.

Great place great vibes..good Caribbean and African music. They are very patient and take their time to make sure you are all set with everything. The customers can be impatient and ignorant at times but these guys handle it well..If your looking for great staff ask for Jean, Daryl, Jarrod,Chris,Carol who speaks Spanish, OG who's one of the most knowledgeable., Wesner and Harvard are also great to work with. This team is remarkable and will find you the best deals. Also the manager George is great.

Has some of the nicest employees. Jarrod awesome and Jean very nice. The managers are very attentive as well. George was very willing to help. Thanks guys.

I brought the newest iPhone yesterday at this store.
& I had Luis as as my customer rep expert. And he was professional, nice and patient with helping me choose the right phone. I would recommend Luis to anyone who needs help choosing a phone. Thanks for the great customer service.

The customer service representative that had helped me was really informative about everything! He was nice and made sure that we (the customers) were six feet apart and they had hand sanitizer on deck! His name is Mario!
