Delisa was condescending, hateful, and rude. I tried to speak in low, friendly tones, but she was very angry as soon as she saw I had a return.
I asked to talk to someone calmer. She said she was the store manager. I can't believe someone that hostile toward customers would be elevated to manager. I will be shopping at Running Warehouse now.

The manager Delisa wasn't just rude, she was weirdly hostile from the moment I walked in. It was bizarre.

I was just trying to return some things with the receipts and she was nasty about every single part of the process. I gave up and left. Took the stuff to another store and had no problems returning my items. Will not buy from Hibbett, because I don't want to risk having to go back to that store.

Was in the store for 47 mins, never once approached me to help. Music was blaring, they were too busy talking in the back. I'm not spending money in a place that has such horrible service!
