Went in a day earlier than I was supposed to for my passport by mistake but Jill was able to squeeze me in. Very friendly and super helpful thanks again!!!

This has to be the friendliest and happiest staff in any post office anywhere in the Country that I have ever seen! All are long term employees with ties in the Community and clearly love their jobs and the folks that they work with and serve. I have to say that mail delivery to our home on Robinson Street has not been good for several years but things ultimately make it home. We often ( 2-3 x/month) have mail delivered to us that belongs at another address. The post office itself , however, is wonderful!

Over the past few years I've needed to visit the Wakefield Post Office many, many times. EVERYONE I've met there--everyone I've interacted with at the counter, or been helped by to resolve an issue--is excellent.

Patient and friendly workers at this Post Office location. I’ve always had great customer service, even in the worst parts of the pandemic.

Waited several minutes for Sergio to finish his gab session with coworkers in the back. When he finally came to the counter he greeted me with “you all set?”. Not exactly an ideal customer greeting! He begrudging took my order, I paid and left. Will definitely not use the this office again.

I had the worst experience of my life at Wakefield post office today! I was there for my daughter’s passport. I was told on Friday by a staff there that no appointment is needed on Wednesday and Saturday! I was there at 9 on Saturday no one was there to help by 10:15 no one . Very incompetent staff . The manager hid way when I asked to speak with her when I just saw her on the back lol.. and the passaporte person walked away from me and locked herself away so I had to go home with no help.. very upset!!!! I guess I will try westerly one maybe they can help me
