I've had a couple issues with mail getting delivered but anytime I called and spoke with a postmaster everything was handled in a timely manner with much respect and solid customer service. Most recently Tony took care of a situation over a few packages that weren't delivered but he took care of it with A+++ service. Thank you tony!

Very customer-friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. Variety of options. Speed of service, delivery etc. is top notch! I do strongly recommend it to others!

I have been lived in this area for that long but I've had no problem at the post office. Anna and the rest of the crew have been very nice and helpful.

The staff is very helpful and special shout out to David the maintenance guy! He fixed our mailbox while we were struggling to get straight answers from the counter staff

Came to apply for passports for myself and my two children. It was busy when we arrived and we did have to wait a little bit to be attended to. However, when our turn came, the post office worker Lolita was super nice and helpful and answered all of our questions.

I have to say miss Lolita is amazing: she is kind, helpful, understanding, and always have positive attitude. I just saw her today: I made a mistake and she helped me correcting it. She is a gem!

It’s rare to witness kindness and uplifting attitude at government agencies but I have experienced amazing service here. Gloria was sweet and joyful, wishing me a happy new year. All the workers would apologize for the wait which wasn’t even bad.

I am rating high to boost the overall rating because i do not believe this post office deserves such a negative score. I come here almost every week and i see all the staff working hard and doing their best. Even when it is busy, someone behind the counter will sometimes greet the people waiting in line and assure them that someone with them shortly, “thank you for waiting”, etc.

Ladies here are very nice. They always have so many people yet they are taking each one of customer with care and very fast. Thank you for your service!

Saw all the bad reviews and thought "are we talking about the same Post Office?" Not only were all the staff friendly, they were extra helpful to me. Was expecting a package to arrive by Friday so had it shipped to my work address. It didn't arrive in Wheeling until Saturday when the business was closed. When I explained to Wheeling Postal Workers the package contained a live plant and might not last until Mon. they went out of their way to make arrangements for me to get it on Saturday.

I come to this branch Eventhough it's further than the other usps office from my house because the staff here aew so friendly and helpful. Visited this place multiple times over the last one year and every experience has been a pleasant one.

Initially in the beginning I didn't know much about shipping and the staff helped me figure out what's best for my needs and honestly this is the best usps I've been to.

I went to get some information about passport since it would be my first time taking it out and honestly Denise franklin was soo patient and so kind and respectful im soo thankful that she helped me out even though she recently started she’s doing a great job!

I came here today for my passport application and the lady (didn’t get her name) was so helpful and nice. Really happy that I went there to apply for my passport. Highly recommend.

They are nice people. No problems. I guess I just bring the best out of people cuz im awesome :) but I do think that they have no fear of getting fired, haha just kidding. I dont know that. But yeah the lines can be tough sometimes and my spine is messed up and in pain but that's not the workers fault I think.

Christina gave extreme superb customer service. A customer service representative did reply in a rude manner, but when speaking with Christina, she has been extremely nice and went above and beyond in helping me out. Thank you Christina!!!!

I was really surprised to see all those negative reviews. I've been in the neighborhood for almost 10 years and never had any issues, from passport renewing to package pick up and delivery.

Yeah it is the post offices fault that not a single customer there speaks English, can read a sign, or can follow directions. Average IQ of the wheeling post office customer.....negative 100

They maybe short staffed at times, but are very friendly and provide great service.

I live in the Hollywood Ridge subdivision, and our Post man "Mark" is the best of the best. its a pleasure to have, very concerning of the neighborhood. PLEASE PLEASE MAKE HIM OUR PERMANENT POSTMAN

Give them a chance. There is new people there now. Or will be within the next few weeks.
