Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was fresh and amazing. The person at the window was courteous and let us know that what we wanted no longer existed and gave us a suggestion of another.

Update 12/1/23 This location has improved vastly! Especially the staff! Everyone, including the employee i posted about previously. They helped us today, and were extremely pleasant and very helpful! Glad to see, as I really love Popeyes!! I absolutely love Popeyes and was thrilled when this restaurant opened, but since then everytime I go in my experience is less and less pleasant. Most of the staff are very nice, but there is an employee that the last 3 times I was there is disruptive and loud, both times I could hear her from the kitchen complaining. The last time was this past Friday March 24. I was waiting for my mobile order, no one was out front for about 3 to 4 minutes. Then said employee came put of the back, always a scowl on her face, and asked if she could help. I wanted to add a drink to my order, which wasn't ready yet. I guess this confused or annoyed her, she tried to use the register, then had some girl that just walked in from break take the register. The break girl didn't know what was going on so she just moved on to the next customer. When I complained she just gave me a cup no charge. Then I waited another 4 or 5 min. A bag finally came into the window, along with I think a manager who asked my order number. I gave it to her, she yelled it into the back and apologized. Another 3 minutes go by and the disruptive girl and the manager are kinda arguing...then I come to find that my order is the one sitting in the window. By the time I get it to my car both fish sandwiches are soggy. Not happy at all with the staff

It is a different fast food. The chicken sandwich is mostly breading, no lettuce or tom. But it was fresh & hot & we were starving. We were in the one by Lowes, not many places to sit inside. My partner had the sane but spicy, he said it was good. I like the idea of a choice other than fries. So we recommend it.

Delicious chicken served fresh. Fast and friendly drive thru service and the chicken was still piping hot when I got home 10 mins later. Glad they're finally open at this location!

I came through drive thru like every week and Nichole was amazing! She went above and beyond!!! She’s always happy with a smile. It was so busy but she didn’t show anything but smiles! Thank you! Also store is always clean

They are great here! There is so much positive energy! Placed a big order today and really enjoyed the management and staff. Well done, Popeyes! We WILL be back!

UPDATE: 6/27/23
Since posting this review, I gotta say I'm extremely disappointed! I come here at least once a week, and there is always a problem with the online order. Why allow something to be ordered and paid for online and then give the customer a hard time once they get into the store?? I don't control the app or make the prices! Ordered food yesterday both online and in-store and was treated poorly by both staff and management! How is that MY FAULT or PROBLEM??? I was told it wasn't offered on the app. So how was I able to pay for it then??? Not to mention, they also forgot my drink that came with my combo meal.
The great service and positive energy are gone!! At this rate, they can bring Taco Bell back. I stopped eating there a long time ago!! If you want to be aggravated and harrassed during your lunch hour over something, POPYEYS has control over and not you then come here!!

This is a very clean location, cashier was very Friendly very proud to work there said she started from the opening of location, nice location just off 84

i waited a little bit to try out this popeyes as i know the first week is very stressful and busy. i have to say i am very impressed with everything! the staff is very nice, communicative and pretty fast for a new place as it's very busy. the girl who took our order told us the price before heading to the window in the drive thru which was helpful and even read our order back to us to make sure they had it right. the food tasted great, they got basically everything in the order right, they remembered my sauce but forgot my fiances sauce, but it wasn't a big deal cuz they got everything else right. also, their parking lot is pretty spacious as well. we were both very impressed with the new popeyes and we will be back!

Love the biscuits!!! We drive a lot in the Northeast and every time we drive by a location, we always need to stop and grab biscuits! Whether it's on 95 in New Jersey or route 6 in Pennsylvania.

Food is very good, thoroughly enjoyed it. Felt bad for the workers that were there as they were short handed and very busy. The staff that were there were exceptional; very polite, apologetic and friendly. I know I'll be back, that's for sure!

My fiancee and I was recently there we had a mishap with our order and Carla the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied...will go there again, food was hot and fresh.

It's was good. Idk but it seems like the chicken dissolves while eating lol. The chicken tenders had to much flour. Everyone did have good taste though.

It's a little small in this restaurant, but the food was good and crispy, also came out in a timely manner. Overall positive experience.

Piepies is straight bussin. At least that's what I've heard. I ain't never had no piepies before but imma have to cop me some a dat crispy chicken fo me n my boo thang. Y'all on sum if you think fo a second I ain't gon slurp up dat crispy crunchy coleslaw n house dem beautiful buttery biscuits. Gots to be careful going there doe I guess they be a mountain lion around there. Ain't gon stop me from gettin me some piepies frfr ✌🏽

Ordered on the app. Drive-thru had it ready when I got there, excellent customer service.

Probably one of the best Popeyes I've been to. The chicken was really top notch.

Love this place. I am not sure the owner is but they do great job. Guys working there are so nice, always smiling :)
