They are very good! The guy checked my battery for me, and it was very cold outside. It showed that it was bad. So I got a new one and he put it in for me. It all happened in 15min. and I was on my way. The suv has run like a Champ ever since.

I want to thank John Clagg at the location for his fast response to helping us replace a battery and wipers when the temperature was 7 degrees and a windchill was -10. He saved the day and I cannot thank him enough.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly! Whenever I need anything car related, this is where I go. On the rare chance they don't have something available in store, they'll help me find wherever it is. Even if it's not another AutoZone. Highly recommend this location for all your auto needs!!

Corey and Cameron were so helpful & kind. Walked in was automatically greeted me then they proceeded to ask what I needed help with, assisted with that. Asked the other people around me what they needed help with made sure everyone was okay. As a women I really appreciated the gesture. It can be hard finding good employees but clearly this autozone was lucky to have found Corey & Cameron.

They had what I wanted and help me install it. Very polite and respectful. Great place.

Had a great experience the other day and really feel that employee Corey at the AZ in Trenton Mi needs to be recognized for. I had a horrible day at work when on my way home both of my wiper blades broke. I've never had an issue changing them before and bought a new pair at a big box store. When I got home I went right to work in the freezing cold trying my hardest to get the broken wiper blades off. But once I tried to put the new ones on I just couldn't get it right. Well after 3 Youtube videos, hurt cold fingers and the sun going down, I called my son. He told me right away to go to AutoZone by my house and they would put them on for me. I grabbed those frustrating blades and headed right up to the store. I asked if anyone there could just tell me how these go on. Corey came from behind the counter and went right out to my car. He got those blades changed in only a few minutes with no trouble at all! He did an amazing job and I didn't even buy them from there. I tried to give him a tip but refused. He was polite, helpful and friendly even in the middle of a freezing snowstorm.

I like shopping at this auto parts store over the other two competitors. I find better prices here. And the service is really good too

Coby A was extremely helpful to me today. I was having major issues with my battery and he made sure I got home safe. He 100% deserves a pay raise or something special for the great work he did for me today. I offered him water etc and he said he was all good. Experienced staff and fast service

I needed a blinker bulb replaced. I walked in and asked the associate Jeff O if they would be able to help me replace it. Without hesitation he grabbed his tools and went outside to help. With a little technical expertise from another customer with knowledge of the issue, they were able to figure out the reason why the bulb was still lit but not blinking. Jeff O was able to replace it within minutes and I was on my way. I appreciate him taking the time to help me and not making me feel like a helpless woman incapable of doing it myself. Thanks for the friendly service Jeff O.

We were going to turn in a marine battery for core, but the store manager suggested charging it and retesting it. Surely enough, the battery was still good. We bought a new one, just to be sure, for our boat launch, a deep cycle one, but this is a good backup to have. They could have just took it as core. Good looking out for the customer.

Amazing service and expertise. Got me a new battery quick, was in and out less then 10 minutes. 100% recommend, stopping by for any and all automotive part inquiries.

Customer service is amazing, they have a short wait time if you need help with anything. Every employee I've interacted with was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had and assist me with parts I needed.

The workers are always helpful. Even once, in this horrible weather we just had, i had a missing oil cap and barely any money on me. I bought the oil cap and blue towels to clean the oil off from everything under the hood. In 0° weather. Then i checked the dipstick, and obviously had no oil left. I had no money, but one of the young men working there gave me a quart, to keep me driving safe. I couldn't be more grateful. I keep looking out for him there, so I can thank him. Thank you!

So I went to AutoZone cause engine light came on. The young man there checked car and found I needed battery. He was so gracious and began helping to remove old battery. Well in a Journey whoever thought of putting battery under wheel wall made it difficult. Unfortunately due to a rusty screw the young man was unable to further help. I truly appreciate the help I did receive. I give them 5 stars, it was out of there reach to further help but they honestly did assist in what was in there reach.

Update- Visited today for a battery and Jeff and Jared didn't hesitate to help me with switching it out. The guys at AutoZone are the best.

1st Review- Went to AutoZone to pick up a replacement lug nut that somehow fell off. I was just looking for something functional so I was safe on the road. They helped me find what I needed and made sure it fit. This is old school customer service at it's best.

Guys are always helpful...if they don't have the part they will tell you who does, even if it's a competitor. If you go up there with stuff that's not on sale and I have something similar that is on sale they will bring it up to you... great group of people.

Everytime I’m there it’s organized and i get help right away for anything i need

Cory caught a problem with some new wiper blades right before a snow storm - may have saved me from an accident. 5-star+.
