I had a windshield wiper fly off in a snowstorm on my way to work. Bob opened the store early and put on my new windshield wipers for me. It was such a blessing. He was so professional and courteous. He won our business for a lifetime!

Bob was amazing, I came in not knowing what windshield wipers to buy. He helped me pick them out. After I expressed not knowing how to install them he went out of his way & did so for me. What a wonderful man & thank you Bob for making my day.

I inadvertently bought a wrong wiper blade. When I returned it, Carl put the blade on for me and had me start my car to check it. My car would not start. Long story short, Carl figured out it was not a car battery issue. It was an issue with the battery in my key fab. The battery needed to be replaced. I am so appreciative to Carl for taking the time to figure out the issue, take my key fab apart, and install the new battery. Thank You!

I had a positive experience here! I approached the counter instead of just walking the isles acting like i know what I'm looking for. The associate was so incredibly helpful and I suck for not remembering his name, but he was a nice friendly black dude. Kinda helped that i knew what words to say and I kinda watched a YouTube video before I went in. I absolutely recommend this location. Thanks for the help guys!

They are super helpful. They will install the things for you if you ask. I needed to get battery terminal pads to stop corrosion on the battery and I asked the guy if he could put them on and the guy legit was like yea I gotcha and he did it in 10 mintues!!!the dealership was gonna cost me 60 bucks for his 4 dollar thing.

Not only other price is good here compared to other places. But the staff is also very knowledgeable and will help you with saving as much money as possible. The last few times I've been here the staff was very helpful and did not mind answering any questions that I had.

Save yourself time and go to Advance Auto first. Learn from my mistake of going to Autozone first for a battery replacement. I walked into Autozone for a new battery, long story short I was told they couldn’t help and wouldn’t even look at it. I went down the street to Advance Auto and bought a battery and the awesome Manager Carl installed it in 2 minutes!!! This store has the best customer service and this is the reason I’ll never go back to Autozone.
