Rural Hill Camping

This is a beautiful place to stay. Between the deer, turkeys, geese and other animals to check out. Large sites, lots of walking area, it is very peaceful and quite. Our stay is 6 months in a 5th wheel.

We had such an amazing time at this stay and highly recommend! It's about 35 minutes from downtown but gas, stores, and restaurants about 10 minutes away. The place was in excellent condition, especially considering our winter stay and just after heavy rain and tornado warnings! Everything was clean and fresh! Gorgeous location with the pond, remote and quiet camping spot (although not great AT&T service). Communication was quick and clear, and Emily helped us get set up to pay for a second night stay through their website. We were happy we did that rather than moving to a different location - we'd return in a heartbeat over staying at other local campgrounds. The full hook ups were on point, so worth the stay! And they even had a bath house with laundry. Can't say enough to compliment this great Harvest Host!

What a gem! Our family enjoyed our relaxing stay at the main house A-frame chalet and even decided to stay an additional night. Check in & out was easy and owner/manager was quick to respond when we had a question. Will be back for sure.🙂

An oasis!

Short drive to Mt Juliet (10-15 minutes) 30-ish minutes to Nashville. This place is great! The individual cabins for families are great! The big house for cooking and playing games! The views! Everything about it was spectacular!

The property manager was very responsive and quick to respond. I can’t say enough great things! It was an oasis so close to the city! Perfect family reunion spot! Thank you!!!

This place is such a gem! The setting is serene. They really have everything, just giving enough amenities to add luxury while camping. Clean bath houses, and free laundry too! They responded to me right away when I contacted them with my questions - Emily was great! I would highly recommend.

Rural Hill Farm – Harvest Host Stay
We stayed at Rural Hill Farm in early February, 2023.
The location is perfect, just off the Rt 40 close to Nashville.
The farm is an event venue, with new camping spots added to support events, and campers. The bathrooms and support services are new, and were available for HH use. This location offered electric hookup.
We had time to walk the expansive grounds which are beautiful. We saw a couple of deer on our walk. The site is quiet and peaceful. Worth more than a day stay if you aren’t “traveling through”.
Our Host Emily was readily available by phone.

Beautiful property! We loved our two week stay as it was close to so many things to do & returning to a quiet place to sleep was amazing.

The easy drive to Rural Hill Farm through the rolling Tennessee countryside, past manicured estates set the scene for this unexpected gem. The well laid out sites were easy to access and level. We drive a 35’ motor coach and could easily maneuver to any of the sites. The newly built bathrooms and laundry room were kept comfortably warm in the cold spring temperatures while we were there. The showers are large, clean and had great water pressure. Something that we greatly appreciate as fulltime RVers. Rural Hill is 15 minutes from any shopping you could possibly want, 20 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes to Nashville. The location could not be better. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Cell service was spotty making working from the coach challenging, however I was told that WiFi is being installed shortly. We booked 2 nights and ended up extending our stay to 6.

Great location and the RV sites are easy to get into and out of . Nice and quiet and a great place to get away quick.

A fantastic place to stay in Mt. Juliet, we had about 20-25 people for a family vacation. It was perfect!

Wonderful experience. A little pricey but enjoyed my stay.

We were very excited about staying at this spot, as the pictures are beautiful and we know the RV park is a relatively new element to the existing venue. When asked about the cell service due to remote work, Emily told me that "she has had no issues."

We arrived and had no service between three different carriers, and unfortunately had to leave. We ran into the owner of the property upon leaving and he gave us Emily's number to reach out to.

This ended up being the wrong number that we were given, and we were later blamed that we did not communicate our leaving and so could not get a refund. After an unnecessary amount of time spent negotiating, we received a partial refund with the attitude that a favor was being done for us. I'm not sure about the business strategy here but you'd think that they'd want to encourage guests to come back. All of our communications were extremely condescending and we will unfortunately not return due to this. Still unsure why we are forced to lose our money when there were plenty of spots open. Unfortunate because the property is beautiful!
