Rio Rapido - Mexican To Go

These were the best vegan tacos I've ever had. The crispy cauliflower with melted vegan cheese and whatever magic sauce they used was the tastiest combination I could dream of. Unfortunately found this place on a road trip so can't go back very often, but I'm counting the days until I can. Only waited about 10 minutes for our food and the place was a vibe. The only bad thing about this place was I could've eaten 3x as much. It was that good.

Solid vegan burrito! Got the vegan chorizo burrito and really enjoyed it. Was nicely assembled and wrapped to go.

Literally the best burrito I've ever had. I got the vegan cauliflower AND chorizo with guacamole, rice and beans, grilled peppers and corn, and this place is magical because I could taste everything independently and everything tasted amazing. I like spicy flavors but I'm not like, hardcore, and the chorizo was very flavorful but not spicy enough that I wouldn't give some to my kid. I only finished half my burrito and I'm already looking forward to going back.

Healthier form of Mexican food. My server double as bartender with a big personality. Entertaining so gave an extra tip.

We were treated to some amazing food! Rio Rapido delivered salads, protein bowl, and sandwiches...and of course the delicious chips and salsa for us to try at our healthcare building! Dinner was fantastic. We had a large order or 20+ and they worked with us on our order to make sure all was right and that we could pick it up when we needed it. Food tasted amazing too! All participants liked it a lot.

Ordered the barbacoa taco. Loaded with meat. Flavor and heat were excellent. Nice crispy corn shell.
