Earlier this summer we had a nightmare of an experience with a different pool company. Pools Plus Inc saved us!! Despite being in the midst of a crazy busy summer schedule they squeezed us in. From the very beginning Adam was extremely helpful in providing info - giving options & advice - and came out the very next day to measure for our inground pool vinyl liner. Our pool is old - and changes we made to it made for a very unique situation. This company is reliable and shows up when they say they’ll be there - communication was great - very responsive to messages & always updating us on what was going on throughout the whole process. Austin and his guys did a great job replacing some jets/main drain & installing the liner. It turned out absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! Thankful to have an awesome local company on hand for our pool needs - we have been and will continue to highly recommend them! Also - check out their pool crew bios on their website - so good.

Came in yesterday morning as store was opening to help a friend in the hospital take care of his pool. Zero clue on how to do it. The guy opening
on the 11th answered every question precisely. Made sure I was taken care of without hurry even with someone else waiting behind me in line. The quality of service from that guy was beyond amazing. That's a employee you can't afford to loose. Give that man a raise asap

We just started using Pools Plus this year. They do a thorough water analysis and we have had great service and success. Especially with Jonah who has been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Have been using Pools Plus as our primary source for pool and hot tub chemicals for the last 3-4 years. I got an early start this year on pool opening as we are getting a new liner and updating our pool area.

Went above and beyond staying late on a Friday night to test my water. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend them for both installation and service.

Always great products. I love the personal service and the fact they know me by name. Having the pool water properly tested and knowing that the products recommended will improve or enhance water quality and swimmability is critical. Pools Plus in Jenison consistently helps me maintain that high quality and I can't imagine going anywhere else for chemicals.

I was having a hard time getting my spa balanced right and Bryce checked my water sample and gave me a print out of what to add to fix it and 2 hours later my spa is perfectly balanced. Thanks Bryce!
