Jailene was so nice and very knowledgeable! She did an AMAZING job and exceeded my expectations! She spent time and effort lightening my dark / thick hair and got me to the exact color I wanted in the first appointment! She also cut my hair so I could do more blow out styles. She gave me recommendations and always made it a priority to make sure I was confident with my decisions and how the results would be. So happy to have met her and looking forward to future hair appointments!!! The salon was very clean and the rest of the staff was kind, making my experience wonderful!

Today we saw Avery and she did my daughter's hair and makeup for prom. She did an absolutely amazing job. I would hands down recommend this salon to anyone. The atmosphere and the people inside are so nice. Morgan at the front desk was very friendly too. I won't be going to any place else from now on. I will be seeing Avery for sure. Thanks girl, You made my daughter feel absolutely stunning and special today. We owe you!!!!!

I LOVE this place. Lilly is the best - she hears what I want with my hair, how I want it, and executes the cut perfectly. I'll never go to another hair dresser! The salon itself is clean, friendly, and a very nice place.

I don't really like like getting my haircut, but Tiffany a.k.a. TR is the best thing to happen to my hair. Even when I'm not exactly sure how much I want cut off or how I want it to look, she "gets it" and nails it every time. I have just recently seen Nicole for a facial and then microneedling, and I can't say enough positive about my experience. The facility is beautifully decorated, and Nicole's salon a very calming environment. Nicole is an exceptional professional, explaining each step and products used. She really spent alot of time with me, both during the facial and the microneedling. I was a little leery of the microneedling process, but she explained all that would happen in depth and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I felt amazing after both visits, and plan to see her again very soon. I highly recommend that you check out Nicole, and all the ways she can make you look and feel more beautiful!!!

I have been having my hair highlighted and cut by Tiffany Burnside for over 10 years and have NEVER been disappointed. I went from having shoulder length hair to now having a pixie cut. She transitioned me through it all. Not everyone can cut short hair - but Tiffany can! And my highlights always look natural.

I tried Serenity for the first time today and LOVED my experience. I was in and out pretty quickly, but the quality of my hair cut was amazing. Ashley (hope I spelled that right) did a great job. I really felt like she knew what I wanted and was able to translate that to my hair. The salon was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. Would absolutely recommend to anybody wanting to try a new salon!

I was referred by a family member and was not disappointed. Serenity is amazing! I had not gotten my hair cut for about a year because my last cut at another salon was such a disaster. At Serenity I was blown away! My stylist was Ashton, and even though I am moving down to Colorado Springs I will be coming up just to go to her. She transformed my hair, it was exactly what I asked for with some of her own creative freedom as well and it came out perfectly. She was very attentive to my wants and needs, and very gentle with the brush/comb, which is good for me with a more sensitive scalp. She really knows what she's doing and how to make a person look good! Thank you so much, I will be returning for my next cut!
