Jim was great! Showed up on time did a great job and even answered a few questions for me.

Mr Jim Shumaker performed an excellent job as an inspector, he was very gentle and very professional and he checked for all gas leaks before he finished his inspection, I’m very grateful of Mr Jim work and I can recommend him to anyone with my eyes close.

Northwest Propane Gas Company came out and installed my propane tank. Jim was very helpful from start to finish. He made sure that I fully understood everything that was going on and took the time answer any and all questions that I had. I feel went above and beyond!! Thank you for the excellent service! I will definitely recommend to others in need.

problem of finding all my parts to get my LP tank piped back together for my Travel home.
She put together my parts and flex pipe needed.

Went into Northwest Propane with a Project but not a complete clue on how to solve the problem. Was met at the door by Kasidy who helped me figure out how to accomplish my task. She was pleasant and very helpful. I will be returning to Northwest Propane for all of my Propane needs. Great job!!!
