I had the please of working with Ian this morning. He provided top notch customer service. He was able to provide the answers to my questions without batting an eyes. Ian was professional. I was so impressed with his customer service. I came right home and signed up for every serious that I inquired about.

Couldn't have chosen a better place for pool supplies than Leslie's, especially this particular store due to a highly recommended manager named Ian, who is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, genuinely honest and very respectful! My friend got a water tester as well as pool toys and so much more for her family's new pool. She recommended that I go see Ian for our pool needs and I don't regret it at all! I'm definitely coming back for more supplies in the near future forsure! Ian not only provided me with tips and advice but recommended the basic necessities required for a first time pool owner. He definitely deserves a raise for his outstanding customer service!!

Great service! Had no experience shopping for chemicals for Hot Tub but got good help here at Leslie's. Not inexpensive, but I have no comparison. Now I have more knowledge, thanks to Leslie's. I don't feel like I got up-sold anything and I felt comfortable with the advice I got.

After just purchasing a house with both a pool and a hot tub, I was at a loss for how to take care and maintain them both. One of my close friends recommended this store, not because of the store name, but because of the manager. Ian. I took her word and went and I was not disappointed. Ian was a delight to work with, always smiling and more than happy to help. I was there for about 30 minutes, and learned just about everything I needed to know. I came in feeling nervous and on edge, not wanting to be taken advantage of. I left feeling confident, genuinely happy, and excited to get home and enjoy my hot tub. I cannot thank ian enough, and Leslie's for hiring him. If you are on the fence, dont be. Visit this store. Ask for ian. I could not be more happy with my experience at this store.

Worth the drive. Manager was super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Quick results on the free water test, answered all my ridiculous questions, and hustled to grab all the stuff needed to open up the pool. And coupons saved a few bucks as well.

First time above ground pool owner - the employee at Leslie's taught me all about how to maintain a pool. He was informative, helpful and even was kind enough to help carry things to my car!
