Stopped in for a sweet treat and couldn't decide. The very fun and patient ladies suggested gelato with a shot of espresso! WOW! It was amazing!! I'm from Michigan and Can Not Wait to go back! It was honestly one of the best things I've ever tasted!!!

Great customer service!

My husband and I stopped in March the 10th and Evan was our server. That young man had 16 people in line waiting to be served. He remained calm, engaged, and very professional. The service is quick and even though the line was very long this young man handling all these people alone didn't excellent job. Don't know who the owner is but you are quite lucky to have him. And no I am not a family member I am from Indiana visiting the area and was quite impressed with your choice of employees. The young man is going to go somewhere in this life.

The first time I went here, the gelato was much cooler than it needed to be. One year later, I go back and have something that tastes professional. You should choose this over any ice cream shop. It tastes so much better.

The owners are from Italy, and bring the Old World Country to America. I have had Gelato this good since I was in Italy. The give a military discount, and really appreciate us. I even got to practice speaking Italian. Wonderful people, even better gelato.

An amazing gelato store located right in downtown venice!! They have so many delicious gelato flavors to choose from and even have vegan and no sugar added options as well! The staff is so friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend to everyone!! ☺

Delicious treats!! Really enjoyed the variety and flavors! I ordered the key lime pie pop covered in chocolate and it was delicious!! Everything is homemade and very authentic tasting!! Will be returning again soon!

Such a fun little joint to grab gelato in downtown Venice. All of the flavors are so tasty and flavorful. You can grab and go; or sit down with friends and family to chit chat and enjoy tasty gelato. The establishment is small but cozy.

I discovered Ciao Gelato while driving around Venice Avenue, and I am glad that I did! They have a variety of gelato flavors to choose from. In addition, they serve an assortment of pastries and beverages! The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

Legit coffee here! I got a very delicious decaf latte with oat milk. Going back to try the vegan chocolate gelato. Very sweet and friendly employees.
