Brandon, Paul and Brent worked quickly, thoroughly, and courteously on removing my old oil burner & tank. They came in one day to install the new tank and locate it elsewhere, properly installed vent/fill piping & safety ballards. They returned the next day to remove the old tank & boiler, then installed the new boiler & indirect water heater with all the bells and whistles and worked straight through until all was completed and working properly. Brandon worked closely & tirelessly with me in securing a loan through the EnergizeCT program. I wouldn’t have been able to do this now otherwise. Very happy with our new LG split system. The whole process was easy and professional. Brandon showed for the quote exactly on time and returned the quote the same day. I had a five zones mini split system installed in the fall. Brandon and his his team are the absolute best. Brandon is trustworthy, was quick to come to give me a quote (that he sent me on the same day), discussed at length the best possible ways to do the install and ways to keep it reasonable cost-wise. Brandon saved the day for us when our oil tank started leaking just a day after being refilled. Terrified that 275 gallons of fresh oil could spill all over our finished basement, we called Brandon at 5:30pm on a Friday evening and shockingly, he came out right away! He patched the minor leak for us and then came back just 4 days later to replace our tank. He was fast and professional, and we didn’t lose any oil in the process. Brandon came out and serviced my heating system. It was overdue and I was selling the house, so he did a very thorough cleaning. I also had an issue with one of my zones. He found a broken zone valve and replaced it. The zone issue was fixed, and he checked my thermostats and ensured everything was running as it should. He also repaired a broken pipe/leak in my baseboard. He was friendly and helpful and explained everything he was doing. He was very patient with me, as I ask a lot of questions. I would highly recommended him and his company.
