Dr Ponce is a awesome doctor he did a excellent job on my knee surgery there is no other doctor that I know of at another practice or in the area that I would go to and trust like I have him he is not in a rush to leave you in a room or leave you stranded with questions! He will answer every question and actually be relaxed and have a inviting conversation that most doctors you will not conversate with.He's my doc! Thank you Dr Ponce for all of that you have done and your staff is amazing also you guys keep it up thank you

Dr. Ponce is a godsend. He quickly diagnosed my multiple ailments and surgically repaired them. He is personable and very skilled in his craft. His assistant, Melissa, guided me through the process and checked on me multiple times. She is amazing. I am optimistic about a now pain free future.

Went in for the 1st time today. Was VERY pleased with everyone. Office was nice and clean. Speedy service. Dr Ponce has a very nice straightforward way of explaining things. Was impressed that I wasn't given anything, or asked to do anything that wasn't necessary (more tests, PT, drugs).If I ever need an Orthopedist again, it will be him.

From the lady at the front desk to the ones that say good bye, Dr. Ponce and his staff are the best. Call you by name and seem to really care about my health. I feel comfortable with talking to each one of them. I recommend this team of professionals to take care of what concerns you. Surgery at Meadows, Dr. Ponce, Anesthesiologist, Nurses at hospital, Dr. Ponce's office staff and everyone else. Don't go out of town when you can get the best right here in Vidalia!

Nothing to say but good things about Hughston Clinic in Vidalia, Ga. Dr. Ponce is the absolute best. He kept me well informed before surgery for my shoulder replacement, and after surgery. His explanations were always kept at a very understandable level and not "Doctor Speak". Ms. Victoria and the rest of his office staff are absolutely the best.

Great experience with effective pain relief. Dr Ponce was very professional and competent. Was willing to inject my thumb for pain from osteoarthritis even though hands are not his thing. He did a great job. I will definitely call on him again in the future as my pain will most definitely return.

They were very nice and quick to get me seen. There wasn't much he could do today. I am in pain, I wish we could have got something for a little relief un til my surgery.

I had rotator cuff surgery.. the surgery went very well, and little to no pain during recovery/healing process. Very thankful.

First time seeing Dr. Lowery and his staff. All were very professional in their duties and very courteous. It is my hope that all doctors will have a desire to educate themselves through the Georgia Department of Public Health low dose THC registry program. Perhaps this alternative would provide enough pain relief to delay having to use narcotics.

Very nice very good bedside manner and hope my mother is on the meads of getting her knee better . He gave her a shot in the knee he done very good with her .she has dementia he was very patience with her I’d recommend him he’s a great doctor

Staff friendly. Dr Callaway took extra time to meet with myself and husband to explain the surgery and how it works.

Everyone is courteous, respectful, and very helpful. Quick to anticipate and accommodate patient needs. Dr. Pounce is outstanding as a physician. Great patient rapport, knowledgeable and understanding. Overall good visit.
