The people who work at the Glenpool Post Office have always been polite and helpful. Never a problem. They helped us send a rather large package overseas. It took probably 20 minutes to accomplish this. While one lady helped us, another stepped in and took care of the other patrons.

Our mail was delivered somewhere else and Karen from the Glenpool Post Office was wonderful with following up and made sure we have our mail. We are very happy with her great service.

I have ordered live poultry through the mail twice and both times my orders were handled with care and urgency! Although there was a little confusion this second time as to where my ducklings were at they cleared up my confusion and called me at 6:30 am this morning to let me know my ducklings had arrived and I could pick them up.

Although the USPS has some serious service, money, and operational issues, the workers at this Glenpool office are some of the nicest postal workers I've ever met.

I have had terrible experiences in the past with this office, but something has changed recently I believe they got a new post master and it's been fantastic. I must say Brett was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. It goes to show how a positive experience and make such a difference to the point where I want to go out the way to right this post.
