Catrinas Mexican food

Such a cute place! Food is authentic and service was very friendly and prompt! We got tres leche and churros for dessert and they were AMAZING. The churros were warm and crunchy with gooey warm cream cheese and the tres leche was so flavorful and rich! Must try!

Excellent service, food, and experience. Must stop for lunch or dinner, fuel up before your hike!

Most amazing restaurant I have eaten in a long time. The foodis absolutely amazing. From the salsa to the 🌮 . I had to fight the urge for seconds. I am very full and still want to keep eating. I would give 10 stars if I could. You will definitely not be disappointed by the quality of food at this place.

Catrina's was recommended to me by a local, and I was happy for it.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and my drink order was taken. Chips were delivered to my table immediately.

The chicken fajitas sounded great that day, and when delivered, were fantastic. The meat was cooked perfectly, blackened but not crispy, and the vegetables still had plenty of great flavor.

I'm also a fan of avocado and guacamole in general, and theirs, with the lettuce and pico, tasted fresh-made.

Overall, a fantastic experience in a good atmosphere.

My first time visiting this restaurant and hopefully not the last. Starting with the chips, they tested fresh and crunchy, then we got our food and it actually was very delicious and MEXICAN. not texmex like most other places. Can't wait to go back and try other meals. The owner was there and she was very friendly and respectful. Saludos y bendiciones

Everyone has been great. We have tried something different every time, and it's been great. Very clean. We were the last to leave before closing, and they were moving everything to sweep and mop.

Our first time here. Waitress was very attentive,wish I had gotten her name. The 3 of us all ordered something different. The frozen margarita was very good! Food was good. Will be back.😎

We travel a lot and eat at Mexican restaurants everywhere we go… Catrina’s is doing it all right! We just moved to this area a month ago and tried this place today and can honestly say we will be back over and over again! It’s hard to find authentic Mexican food especially in rural US areas and Catrina’s does a good job of catering topozole. the ancho pepper red enchilada sauce… it’s very authentic! We ordered one of every street they were all amazing as well as the sauces…. Great flavor and just the right amount of kick. The shrimp soup was healthy and delish with a slightly smokey chipotle flavor to her homemade broth and the fresh veggies (not canned or frozen) was an appreciated touch and added to the flavor. The pork carnitas literally melt in your mouth soooo good!! Even the Spanish rice was good… so many places make it dry and bland but not Catalina’s! Chips were not to our taste with the oil used but the salsa was just like we make at home… fresh and just the right amount of heat!! Overall this place I HIGHLY recommend and we will now be regulars even though it’s a 30 minute drive from our new house! Looking forward to next weekend’s special of pozole…

Very good! Tamales were great, tilapia was excellent. The place was nice and clean. They were clearly busy but still kept up with refills and all.

More authentic and flavorful than other Mexican restaurants in the area. The best I've had in Latimer County. I'm glad to see some decent Mexican food in the area. The owner and staff were also very welcoming.
