Regrettably, my experience with the staff at the Soledad Utilities Payments Department has been disappointing. The lady assisting me was consistently rude, unprofessional, and displayed a lack of empathy. Her demeanor suggested a reluctance to assist citizens, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's evident that she lacks essential customer service skills and appears disinterested in providing support to the residents of Soledad. Overall, my interactions with her left much to be desired, and I hope for improvements in the department's customer service standards in the future.
