Est. 1998 between me, my boys and back to just me again, I have saved a tremendous amount of money over the years almost 30 yrs and have never felt short changed nor have I had to ever stick exclusively to the sale or clearance aisle. The prices are just that good and sales and specials are never far off.

Ray was freaking awesome and knew his product! He helped from the start. When I walked in a group of people were standing around talking and he was the first to help! Thanks Ray!

I appreciate the return policy. I ordered 2 pair for delivery to my home. I could see what worked with the clothes and dresses I already had. Then, I could return the other pair that didn’t work. Very affordable and helpful. Thank you!

Shoe Carnival always has a great selection of shoes anytime I've visited the store. They have a large selection of clearance shoes. Not sure if that's year round but it's seems more then most other shoe stores. I would recommend shopping here!

Shoe carnival has the largest selection of shoes in town. Sneakers, boots, sandals, ,and safety shoes. Good selection of sizes, the prices are good, and they frequently run great sales. Kid through adult sizes.

This place has a nice selection of kids and toddler shoes.. Recommended, with shoes under $30!

Ran into the store for a light shoe for around the house and we came out with 2 pairs of the sale rack really good shoe's for 20 bucks . The associates were helpful and plenty of them.

We waited to long to do the survey, I'm making a review to show my appreciation. Last week 9-18-20 at around 4 pm the lady at the front helped us out so much. My mom needed some shoes she knew she wanted but they didn't have the size. I finally found a pair of Nike's that I like the fit of but I hated the color and we couldn't find any other color. We were just about to walk out when the woman asked what they missed. She ended up finding the style I liked in the black color and said we could order them in my size with free shipping. She reminded us that it was BOGO and my mom told her they didn't have her size, but the woman said we could order those too. So not only did we both get the shoes we wanted in our size but we got them BOGO and they were able to use my $10 off coupon too! I don't remember the lady's name or our cashiers name but I am very grateful for their effort to help us. 10/10 experience. Thanks to both you ladies! P.S. we got our shoes in today and they fit and look great!

Went in for 1 particular item. With the help of the staff I was in and out in no time. It was a pleasure I would definitely return for the helpful and assertiveness that was shown.

Went in Friday evening. Two of my 3 boys needed shoes. I was exhausted since I am currently in the middle of working 2 weeks straight and my boys were full of energy. One of my children needed to use the restroom so my 14 year old went to take him. A fellow "customer" felt my kids were out of control and decided to make comments to my husband about our 14 year old taking our 5 year old to the bathroom while we tried to look for shoes in our other son's size. She began to raise her voice and speak very derragotory towards us. My husband and I tried to keep our cool as the lady stomped off and proceeded to rattle on us to an employee as they left. We finally thought we were done shopping and went to check out only to discover one of the shoes was not the correct size like we thought. Ashlynn was the employee and immediately jumped in to help. She spent about 20 minutes helping us since there weren't a lot in the size our son needed. I've never had such great customer service at shoe carnival before and she definitely made it a lot easier and smoother. Will definitely be back to this location.
