Willamette Valley Fiber

We ditched Centurylink for Willamette valley fiber and will never look back! Fantastic customer service, no hidden fees, and our internet is night and day better than what we had. Plus we are saving money on top of what we used to pay! We are extremely happy with the switch!

It is incredibly refreshing to have a locally-operated ISP. Every time I've ever needed to call them for customer service (which is incredibly rare) I immediately reach a customer service representative who is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Each time they have upgraded their packages to higher speed tiers, we have been upgraded automatically - no need to call and beg for whatever new deal they are running. We do have occasional downtime on the service, but not any more often than I remember when we were on one of the national ISP networks, and the downtime has never lasted more than a couple hours.

Dealing with Comcast and/or Century Link used to be such a pain, WVF is a better company to work with by a huge margin.

Liked seeing them in person, will rate later once we have their service. Update on review.... the service is so much better then Spectrum (Charter Communications), I bought Roku's for every TV and I use HULU Live TV +++, so internet and TV bills are now 100 dollars cheaper per month then Spectrum and the service is pretty much perfect.

I have had Minet for about a year now and have been very happy with the service! So, I went in with my adult son to get his house all set up with Minet (aka. Willamette Valley Fiber). The customer service was great!! Very friendly and helpful in getting everything set up.

I love WVF! Their customer service is top notch, and my fiber internet works in my house AND in my shop… with a strong signal. Very pleased.

My family use Centurylink for years and hated. Slow and pricy. The. Willamette valley moved in and were the best change. Cheaper better mbps and ultimately not Centurylink. Don’t go anywhere else for your internet needs these guys got your back.

Walked in, asked questions and got answers without hesitations. Their prices are better than charter. I will be changing to MINET but unfortunately that can't happen until November when the service will be available in my area. I can't wait!!!

I was having a rough time with spectrum not working so I decided to give willamette fiber a try, it’s great I am a big gamer and my ping super low, great costumer service and the technician very professional.
