Generally, friendly staff. The prices at CVS are always too high, but you always pay a little bit more for the convenience and speed of getting in and out versus going to Walmart.

Out of the med I needed. They wanted ME to call all the CVS's in the area to find it?! "There's a line of customers and I'm getting ready to go to lunch." What's customer service? It's nonexistent, is what it is. It was too much to ask them to do it when it slowed down and lunch was over, I guess. Must be really hard work to check inventory on the computer. Or is CVS that far behind the times? I'm grateful to have health insurance, BUT the bad part is I'm limited to only CVS.
