These guys are the best in the area for finding those parts that aren't sitting on the shelf.

Amazing service and really caring staff. So I had a major issue where my vehicle was struck by lightning and was having major electrical issues. The lady at the front counter not only got me all the parts I needed but also called around on a weekend and found a local mechanic and he came to the NAPA and helped me. Customer Service like this is rare these days and I applaud it. From my family to your business, thank you for rescuing us.

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Reviewers take a star or two because of the extremely high prices, however, if you take into consideration how far you would have to drive to save a couple of dollars, it is worth it.

I've gotta say that this was , by far, the friendliest, most helpful, and knowledgeable napa store that I have been in, will travel the few extra miles to use this store .
