Torrid

This is my go-to spot for all of my clothes. They carry women's sizes 10 and up, and I never have to worry about whether something is going to fit. I enjoy the lovely dresses, everything in the Super Soft collection, and some of their more edgy pieces.

Sales people were amazingly helpful. Always good deals on the clearance rack.

Kinda pricey but go when they have sales or when you have time to go through the clearence. Great quality, cute clothes for casual and business, and great variety of bra sizes that you won't find most places. Customer service is great, not as great if EXTREMELY busy during huge sales. A LOT to see in a small space so allow yourself time to go through it all.

Nice and friendly employees

We had a little time to kill so me and the lady went through the mall. She bought one bra at Vicktorias and we continued. I am older and have never heard of Torrid. A modern Lane Bryant? The best part is the dressing rooms. I'm standing there and the clerk said, Go in! I bought two bras that day. James Bond was a great movie also.
I would have been a better shopping partner if this happened 40 years ago.

Absolutely love this store! Friendly, attentive staff. The clothes are great and pricing is excellent especially if you catch them on a sale day! A must for us with a whole lotta love!

The manager (lady with blonde hair) is really helpful and ladues working there are really nice . However im not buying gift card from torrid anymore I had the worst experience . My order wouldnt go through when tried online , had to call few times . The people on line were rude and impatient and they didnt help at all. After few attempts calling a lady on phone told me the issue is solved so i can use the card but it turns out it was a lie ! I went to this branch the manager was so nice and she tried her best to fix the issue she told me she ll give me a call when she calls the gift card people and make sure the transaction didnt go through .
Due to business of the store i think the lady didnt call but i gave here a call and she told me i can go in and she ll help me out and she did , so thank you . But i think the people working in gift card dept and customer service should be trained !!

Adriana is a godsend. She took time to measure and fit me for a bra. I have never been so happy with an undergarment in my life. Excellent service, excellent quality.

I love going to this location. They are very welcoming and helpful. Store is always clean and the music they play is upbeat and always puts me in a great mood.

Staff here is very friendly. They are very helpful, and dont give attitude. I highly recomend this location, clean and well stocked as well.

Pricey big girl heaven but good sales and bonuses help ease the pain. Staff here is unlike any place else...real women who couldn't be nicer or more helpful.

They have great specials. I like there sweaters, and pants, tops. The quality is much better, I know little more expensive. But the quality is much better.

Finally found a place that has my size, cute clothes and great service! Always a pleasure to shop here
