Beltone Hearing Aid Center

My mom has had hearing loss for years. I have been talking to her about getting a hearing aid for about Four years. We went into the Paintsville Kentucky Beltone and Brain was her specialist. He treated her like family. Soon she was relaxed enough to work with him. He was very professional yet friendly. Mom and I liked him immediately. His secretary was very professional and nice also. She even called the next day to see how we were doing.
I will recommend Beltone to all of my family and friends.

The staff at Paintsville Beltone are very kind and courteous to their clients. Gena is pleasant, friendly, and is very knowledgeable about prices and answering any questions about insurance. She is also great about trying to get appointments that fit the clients schedules. Brian is also very pleasant and good at his job. I highly recommend Paintsville Beltone to anyone looking to learn more about hearing aids. Both Gena and Brian are easy to deal with always eager to help their clients.

I brought my husband in for an evaluation to see if he needed hearing aids. I was very happy with the customer service and the well educated person that took care of us. I have had an excellent experience with beltone in paintsville. Gina is friendly and good to reminds us of appointments. Steven does a very in depth exam. He explains everything to you . I highly recommend them to anyone with hearing problems.

Bryan explained and demonstrated how to put hearing aids on, showed me the different settings, downloaded the app, and explained how to use my phone for the hearing aids . I can now hear better than I have in years ..

She, even flooded in at home, called to cancel and reschedule and offer her help any way she could!!!

The Paintsville Belltone has helped me find several different accessories that work with my father’s hearing aids to make life so much better! When I call my dad, he is able to hear me clearly instead of repeating myself several times and talking very loudly. With the help of a special television box that bluetooths to his hearing aids he can also watch tv without it being turned up so loud that no one could talk to each other. His quality of life and ours has been made so much better! I am so thankful for the knowledge and suggestions of this wonderful staff.

I took my grandma to a hearing test they have such a friendly and lovely staff, they helped us at lot. Lucky my grandma didn't need hearing aids but their test where very accurate.
