This McDonalds is always good for a quick stop before heading up Mountain Parkway. The food is always fresh and well prepared.
The only major issue with service and it isn’t their fault is the mess caused by the access to and from. This location used to have an easy on easy off until the expansion of the Mountain Parkway made it the complicated and confusing drive thru experience you will find. For locals or regulars this is not that big of deal but if you are coming in from out of town take it easy as there are multiple directions of traffic.

Best location I've been to! Clean and friendly. And they have biscuits and gravy!!!

Good worker checking out we went in to eat her name is Heather Elkins Blevins. She's a great worker. Good food sometimes long lines but with good food to be expected. For real it's hard work for little pay.

The food is delicious,all the staff is really nice and understanding,and you just get a homey feel!

I travel all over Eastern Kentucky ate a lot of McDonald's breakfast and I just ate the steak egg and cheese bagel and it's the best I've ever had

The service was fast, the lady in the drive thru was friendly and able to answer questions about the food. Food was tasty and fresh. Happy meal for my soon was presented in a clean box. The people ate for less then $20.

I used to complain about our local Mc D's until I tried other ones in other states and I was quick to tell everyone just how great our local Mc D's really is.
Compared to other Mc D's ours is the absolute best one Iv ever been in.
Great friendly service, usually their pretty fast taking and getting your order, the parking lot, dinning area and the rest rooms are always clean. The food is usually really good and fresh. I'd recommend our local Mc D's to anyone craving a BIG MAC😜

We had a great meal order was correct restaurant was very clean

On the 6th of April at 8:31 p.m. I had ordered a mcdouble with no pickle extra onions and a plain mcchicken and 8 pieces of Burger meat and a large sweet tea and a large Dr Pepper and I would like to make sure they know that out of 19 McDonald's throughout the state of Kentucky they did one of the greatest jobs The last 4 times I visited their restaurant. Not once have they made a mistake. Thanks guys for a great job. Will be visiting More often on my travels.

Always good service here. We stop through usually from Lexington, headed to paintsville. Nothing has ever been off and are typically polite as expected from a McDonald's.

As you would imagine, It is MickeyD's. Was a bit shocked by price of hot fudge sundae 🍨 nearly tripled in cost. Hmmm.. maybe 👀 a small Blizzard next time.

It was a amazing fast and great quality and the food was great and they don't mess up on my orders like all the others usually do
