Zack is an outstanding hearing practitioner. He works very hard to not only improve the hearing of his patients but their quality of life as well. My grandmother lives in a rural area and doesn’t have a Beltone office close to her. Zack made sure she was able to get the same quality of care during an in home visit. I’m appreciative of the hearing test he gave and the affordable options to treat her hearing loss. Thank you Zack!

My hearing aid named Legend is an amazing help to me, since damaging my hearing ability from an accident. I love how patient and skillful the staff at the Prestonsburg, KY office. I have had this hearing aid almost 3 years and Zack is the first one who has adjusted and fine-tuned to almost perfection! I had not liked my hearing aid until after he recently adjusted it. I remember he said, "it may take several visits to get it right, but we work on it until we do, even if it takes 6 months." It took only 3 visits to get the hearing aid to be easier to wear, with sounds that are natural and clear without so much annoying squelch, birds chirping, and sounding like I am in a tunnel. Thanks to the sweet and very helpful receptionist and the very caring and knowledgeable hearing doctor, my life is better. Thank you both very much!

Took my dad here. He was driving me up the wall with his hearing. They got him fixed up real nice! Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Now I find myself not having to tell my dad the same things over and over. Awesome!
