We had the very best shopping experience ever at The Modern Vault. The warm professionalism displayed by the owner and team was remarkable. Flawlessly curated and immaculate store.
We purchased a George Nelson Omni shelving unit, which required some expertise to re-mount in our home. Shelly made multiple short videos carefully explaining both the dismantling and installation processes for us.
We also found a beautifully restored William Hinn chest and were fortunate to receive a wonderful price for it, too. Best of all, we worked out trading in our Edmund Spence chair to them.
Remarkable experience, so looking forward to more transactions with this wonderful business of beautifully displayed, quality furnishings.

Had a great experience working with Lisa, the Owner. She helped find better shipping pricing and items delivered within the window they promised. Condition of furniture was excellent and item was better than I had hoped for! Definetly a Greta resource

Shelly and Lisa are unethical owners. Have had experience both buying and selling items from Modern Vault and there true colors were revealed on my last transaction.

I sold my Mothers favorite art piece to Shelly over a month ago for $400 and they lied that the piece was not signed. Later that day, Lisa listed the piece on their website for $6,000 and sold it immediately.

Shelly and Lisa both told me they would "square up" after they received the cash and that the were "sorry" for the shady transaction because they were "unsure" if the signature was authentic. NEVER Received a dollar.

Thank god for the internet and sharing experiences. I know the money is lost, but I hope this story is not.
