Great experience and fast service considering the 4 customers ahead of me in line. Rosie did a great job at making sure my package was going to be delivered correctly and provided updated tracking info immediately.

The Jourdanton postmaster Norma Olsen is the rudest , mosy Ignorant and back stabbing person! Makes up her own rules depending on the day of the week. No wonder our postal system is so broken.
On the bright side we have the BEST Regular mail carrier.. I GIVE OUR CARRIER 10 STARS and then some.
We sure know when our regular carrier is off, with that being said the sub would get 0 stars!
if I could give 0 stars to this post office and it's postmaster I wold.

My wife just got our mail from thr mailbox and found all our packages jam packed inside. Both the screen protectors I ordered where broken. Whatever happened to mailwoman who used to deliver?
