I use the Perkasie post office often and it’s always a pleasant experience. Even during the busy season my transactions are processed quickly. The staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable.

Perkasie USPS staff are friendly, professional, caring from the front desk personnel (Ed, Isaac, etc) to the carriers. Our regular carrier, Paul, is excellent! His backup carriers are also awesome.

I had an issue with a package tracking which needed to be forwarded to the recipients new address, because they moved, and I called this post office to help me. I got lucky enough to speak to Ms Heidi who was very helpful in resolving my issue. She made sure the package was being forwarded to the new address and she was very nice and kind. Thank you Heidi

Just moved into Perkaise a few days ago. The post office workers were awesome. The lady up front helped me through the papers to get everything together and signed so I could have keys to my mailbox at my apartment . Literally within no time I had a call that keys were ready and I could pick up. They were generous and understanding of the fact with the snow comingthat iI could wait til Monday to pick up keys after they did an awesome job to have the locks changed on the previous tenants box and have new keys to me very quickly. I'm from Lansdale originally and always had problems with that post office from the start, and they had more people working and it still was a disaster. My visit went smoothly and I was very pleased. I've lived in Perkasie for 45 years and if I have ever had a complaint (which was seldom) with the postman, it was always resolved quickly and politely. The helpful clerks who work there try their best to please everyone.

Just wanted to thank Jim from Perkasie post office! We just moved into the area, and had to get a key for our mailbox. I had gone there to take care of it, but nobody was in that could help me. A bit frustrating, however the next day the key and our mail was bought to our door. Totally a rare service these days and I truly appreciated it!!!! Thank you.

Always busy. Wait in line for only one person at counter. Friendly service. Great selection of postage stamps

The folks at the counter are always nice and usually very helpful. The letter Carrier who brings things to my home is considerate and a very reliable individual.

This is your typical post office it is smaller but everyone that works there is extremely nice cindy is the best!

Never have had any real issues. Weekly mailers come Friday sometimes vs Thursday but the staff in office is always very knowledgeable and great and our mail carrier is friendly.

I can never get in touch with this facility when I call over the telephone. We went on vacation and both years we asked that our mail not be delivered and it was delivered anyway.

Also, packages always don’t get delivered. It states that we wanted the package to be held when that wasn’t the case at all.

I have electronically submited to have my mail forwarded and despite having a receipt showing that is was submitted and the address is valid, I did not receive my mail for over two weeks. I called the post office and they stated " i'm looking at your mail currently and we don't kno why it won't go through". They never called me to say they were having an issue, they simply sat on my mail.
When delivered by carrier, I could not ask for more. Friendly and consistent service. It's when you depend on the office to forward mail that things get "lost".
